Helpful, friendly people. Lovely clean pool which we could see from our room. Our room had a window to open. Front Lounge area to sit, read, play cards or talk. Close to restaurants with bars, night markets. Clean rooms, comfy, our room even had a bath. Breakfast on second floor was yummy, enjoyed the Bahn Mi, ( Vietnamese Roll) with...

We were booked into "superior" rooms. They are lower in price and usually face street or something similar. Deluxe faces garden or pool. If you plan to stay in your room perhaps consider the upgrade. We spent little time in the room so money saved was fine with us! Hints, the staff is more than willing to help your stay...

This was our second trip to Hoi An. The last time, our travel agent placed us into a nice hotel on the ocean beach, the Boutique Hoi An resort. If you are going to Hoi An and want some ocean/pool time away from the city, the Boutique Hoi An Resort might be the ticket. But we wanted to be in...

Modern hotel in a secluded area away from the main road and outside of the crowded old city. We had a very comfortable suite overlooking the courtyard and pool. Quiet and able to sleep with doors open to the balcony on the 3rd floor. Hotel has all the amenities you could need. Excellent choice for breakfast served in the courtyard...

My husband and I were totally spoilt at this hotel.. What a great start to our stay. The staff were so helpful and friendly . The hotel location is superb close enough to walk to the key streets and river in Hoi An. I would highly recommend this hotel and hope to visit again sometime soon.

Was very disappointed with our stay. The grounds were nicely designed and kept, but that's the only positive I have. The rooms were musty and humid and filled with Mosquitos. The room just had a feeling of dirtiness although it appeared it had been cleaned. The room overlooked a chain fence and felt more like an institutional prison. The bed...

Reception was fast, efficient, clean and organized. Room a little musty in smell but the lemongrass scent of towels etc soon neutralized it. Room on outer walls of complex- needed to close doors and windows to sleep as horns of vehicles could be heard f left open. Room in magnificent state, service and food prompt and 100%. Daughter became ill...
