We stayed at Hai Yen for 2 nights and found the staff to be some of the nicest, helpful people we've met. Huey was great at showing us where to go with Jennifer and Hien close by to help with anything

This hotel is a great choice for budget minded families! Room was comfortable, good size, with bathtub. Large outdoor pool with comfortable seating- the pool is a little deep for younger swimmers (6 yo could barely touch ground in 1 small section of pool- I could not touch in the rest of pool either). Bigger kids and teens will love...

Was staying here with my boyfriend and brother for 3 nights and had a great time staying here!. Was close and central to everywhere and the staff were always polite and very helpful! We rented motorbikes from them and a good price and we had a difficult time parking them near the old ancient town as they got moved and...

Not a great hotel. We checked in here after being enticed by the pool which was nice, and the room was clean with comfy beds, but wouldn't recommend other than that. The hotel was going under some major construction to its rear while we were staying which meant a nice relaxing subathing session by the pool was accompanied by the...

Booked 2 nights at this hotel purely for the pool. Staff were welcoming and showed us to our rooms that were clean and comfortable. Show was a bit weak if you wanted hot water but still did the job. Overall the rooms were fine. The outdoor swimming pool was lovely but hard to relax by due to the (much needed)...

This hotel is all about the staff. Treat them like family and that is exactly how they will treat you. The breakfast could do with a little upgrade but was adequate for our needs. The pool was warm but then what do you expect. I could never stay anywhere else in Hoi An. We spent a month in Vietnam but...

Colonial style hotel with large basic clean cool comfortable rooms with bathrooms, simple breakfast, very big outdoor pool, extremely friendly and helpful staff, easy walk to popular old town, lots of local restaurants and shops far cheaper than in the busy parts. The pool is a big feature for us. My husband stayed at the Hai Yen last year for...

First impression - a big hotel with a welcoming feel. Friendly staff. Plenty of parking outside. Room was spacious. Bathroom was adequate. The free breakfast was buffet style and eggs cooked the way you wanted. Plenty of choices to cater for everyone. Bikes were available at a cost - not free like other places. The hotel is in the throes...

We booked the hotel because of the swimming pool:) Staff was welcoming and helpful. Room with bathroom and bathtub was clean and quite big (for Vietnam). Hotel has laundry service. Brekfast included (very nice - eggs, bread, pancakes, fruits,..).
