Location really close to lots of bars and restaurants so everything was pretty much in walking distance for us. Arrived to find out that we had an upgrade in room (no change in the price) and which was nice. Also has a lovely pool. Most of all, the reception staff were all very lovely and extremely helpful when we were...

Stayed here last night and was pleasantly surprised at how nice the hotel was for such a low price of £6 each per night! When we arrived we were actually given a better room than the one we had originally booked for the same price so couldn't complain. Room was fine has a nice big bath in the bathroom that...

I booked a dorm bed for 3 nights, but after one night I decided to leave already. There was hair everywhere, mold, dirty towels, a leaking sink and I found a cockroach. Wi-Fi is limited to the public areas and there are only a few sockets, so charging your gear is a difficult job. I would not recommend staying at...

The best thing about this hotel is that they have a pool. It doesn't have any steps so makes it difficult to get out but still in the hot weather it's a bonus. The room was full of baby flies and didn't seem that clean. There was a bath that leaked and wasn't attached with a rubbish shower above. The...

We stayed for two nights in Hoi An, the staff were friendly when we checked in and let us use the toilets, showers and swimming pool. When we checked into our double room everything seems ok until we got into bed and the bottom sheet moved. The Mattresses have definitely seen better days and the sheets had blood stains. When...

The hotel has no atmosphere, reception charged us for a 6 person room instead of a 4. The room was very small with dead bugs under the bed. We ended up leaving the next day before check out and went to a different hotel. Needs a bit of a refurbishment too.

The hotel is a I'm a great location, close to the old town and the staff speak good English and are kind and helpful. They even remembered my name! The...

I was put to a room with two guys, not very spacious but three proper big beds (no bunkbeds). Looks more like a hotel than hostel. Bathroom with bath. Great chill out area by the pool. The staff at reception very friendly and helpful! Great value!

The rooms were oke, so was the swimmingpool and the restaurant area. The service at the restaurant was horrible. But the service at the reception was perfect, they will help you with everything and they know a lot. Cooking classes are expensive there, so book it somewhere else. We did it for $25 at Vina Ngon, it was great! Snorkelingtour...

Great rooms, great breakfast included (omelette, egg, müsli etc) a lot of tours at the hostel and the best service ever. They helped us buy cheap air tickets to Hanoi and quite cheap van to the airport.
