We booked this hotel via Agoda, however what the photos showed was a little misleading. The room we had was a part of the main reception. It was so noisy due to locals going over the bridge that from 6 am sleep time was over due to the constant beeping and general traffic noise. The bathroom door would not close...

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed the Pho Hoi Riverside resort. The rooms were simple and clean, although the beds were pretty hard. The air conditioner was fantastic, the room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was standard, and unfortunately not that appetising (bit of asian, bit of western) but stale breads and old looking fruit. The meal we ate...

We had two joining rooms, with an extra bed for the 3rd son. Facilities were good apart from the shower & bed. Lovely gardens. It is about the best spot, a 1 min walk across the bridge to the centre of the hustle & bustle. Cleaning staff were very good. Be prepared though on check out that bar & restaurant...

upon our arrival at the hotel there was emmediate controversy about the age limits of our grand son (8yrs old) . The web site we booked through said he was free but the management wanted to charge for him. This was only $6 but it was not the $ that was important. The rooms they put our family in were...

Booked for 5nights but only stayed 4. Room was not the one advertised, very small, noisy, hardly any water pressure. The hot water was leaking and they where not able to fix it while we stayed there. Breakfast was very poor and if you got there a the wrong time there was hardly any food and it did take them...

Very dirty and lots of bugs. I'm very glad I brought my sleep sack. I did not touch the sheets. This place needs a major update to the 21st century. The breakfast was surprisely good. Location is the best part of this hotel. It is near the bridge to historic HoiAn.

We booked 4 nights in one of the executive superior rooms at the Pho Hoi at $28 a night (ok room, but bit small) and loved the hotels so much, that we booked a further 21 nights in one of the executive japanese suites. Price was great - used Agoda to book and pay, price was better than other sites....

We stayed here for 6 nights, had a very good room, very good beds (some say they are hard the Japanese style. I liked them and would want to have one at home) Staff was nice and welcoming, room clean. Surroundings calm. Breakfast room had a view to the river and the city centre. Distance to city centre was 5...

We stayed here for two nights while passing through Hoi An. It was a little run down, but not that bad to really complain about it. It was in a good location of town and reasonably priced. The breakfast buffet wasn't too bad either... My only big complaint here was the roosters outside our window waking us up both mornings...
