This hotel, whilst close to the sites is tired and poorly managed. The rooms were not cleaned properly and service was slow and half hearted. Breakfast was very average and the bar staff incredibly slow. Security is an issue. I had money stole from my room which was locked during the day. The door locks could easily be broken into...

Our room was full of insects and the beds were to hard to sleep on. This was for the management however, no reason to give us any discount or compensation. On top of that, the breakfast was terrible. Don't go here.

We have stayed at the Pho hoi before. It is close to everything, but out of the hustle and bustle. We stayed in a Bungalow and it was roomy enough and clean. Unfortunately the beds were extremely hard and I had to order extra quilts to try to put some padding on the bed. They really need to learn to...

The hotel has all it needs to be a good resort (swimming pool, nice location, spa, etc). Unfortunately it is not very well managed and maintained. Rooms are not very clean and look old-fashioned. Personnel doesn't seem very efficient. Breakfast was average.

We are sad to be leaving the Pho Hoi Riverside Resort today - although excited at the adventure of the rest of our trip. The Management and staff of the Pho Hoi Riverside Resort in Hoi An have provided us with the best possible service and attention during our 5 day stay. I took ill in Saigon - and had...

This hotel should be shut down. The service is awful the staff try to rip you off and when they're not doing that they're doing nothing but sitting all around the hotel looking somber. The air con didn't work properly in my room and it was unbearable! I didn't sleep for 3 nights and no option to change rooms. The...

The hotel is a little old & run down, however its location is pretty awesome. You can walk to the old town in less than 5 mins. We rented a few bikes & rode around the area, that was probably the highlight of our trip. Breakfast is ok, not a huge variety but definitely better than the places in Da...

Ok we are middle aged Aussies and aim to get along and enjoy life and we have a thing for older asian hotels with a pool and great gardens and lots of staff. And we came from a top three hotel in town without a pool (otherwise excellent) to this hotel with a pool when we extended our stay on...
