We had a fantastic experience from the time we arrived at this hotel . We were very lucky to have been upgraded to a villa by the pool which was absolutely gorgeous . Reception staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. The doorman always greeted us with a smile and we’re happy to suggest places that we should eat as we like to enjoy local cuisine. We organised a tour through the hotel to Buna Hills which was excellent.. our Driver was very safe and considerate and our tour guide Dung was very knowledgeable and her English was impeccable. She looked after us all day and we felt very lucky to have had her as a guide. We ate buffet breakfast at the hotel each morning which had a great selection very friendly helpful staff and the food was delicious. Our room was looked after very well and the housekeeping staff were always very courteous and eager to please any needs we may have had. We enjoyed our stay at this lovely hotel and would definitely recommend staying here and will definitely return.

Although it is an older hotel, it is very well maintained and the staff are very professional. Love the energy of the guest services team. Even after a trip to Danang City for dinner, returning to the hotel was always greated so warmly and whole heartedly. Mr Vu has returned to the team and is just one of the many young men who great you everytime you come or go in the car.
Many small arrangements we made by Mrs Lan and Ms Jolie to make my stay very enjoyable.
I remember Thahn from housekeeping from staying there in 2018 and all of the team always so friendly with their happy greeting of Xin Chao whenever passing any of the team in the corridor. The room was always perfectly presented after each room service visit or evening turn down service.
Breakfast service is always so many choices and options. Again friendly greeting at the door, staff who remember your coffee order and makes you feel better than being at home.
I look forward to staying there again and again and again.

The Pullman Beach Resort in Da Nang is the perfect location to explore Da Nang and the surrounding area. It only takes 15 minutes to get to the center by Grab or taxi, and at the same time you can enjoy the tranquility of a beach hotel. There are many small restaurants nearby, about a 15-minute walk away. The hotel is beautifully laid out and we really enjoyed the tranquility here. The friendly staff was always available when we needed help. Money can be exchanged at the hotel at a very fair rate. There is a small beach bar and restaurant by the pool. The Mango Mojito is particularly recommended. If we visit Da Nang again, the hotel will be our first choice.

Our stay at the Pullman Da Nang Resort was wonderful. The resort is outstanding, situated right on the pristine golden sands of Da Nang beach. The rooms are beautifully furnished and presented.
But what makes this hotel truly outstanding is the staff. Every member of staff we encountered had a smile for us, and a cheery welcome, whether at reception, concierge, bar, breakfast room or housekeeping.
Special mention must go to the absolutely delightful Reception Manager Jenny, who took the time and trouble to sort out my problems with my onward flight for me, all with a smile. She wasn’t on duty when we left early the next day, but her colleagues told us that Jenny asked them specifically to pass on her thanks for staying at the Pullman, and wished us a pleasant onward journey. Thu, and all the other receptionists, were also lovely, and extremely helpful. Evie and Jarvis on the concierge desk were very helpful with booking trips and restaurants. Kelvin the bellboy collected our bags when we were leaving, and even arranged buffet breakfast boxes for us, as we were leaving too early to have breakfast. Nice touch Kelvin!

Thank you to the amazing Pullman staff who went above and beyond to make Pullmans feel like our 'second home'.
Such an incredible place for a family holiday or for couples. It has everything, a HUGE buffet breakfast with every kind of cuisine you could imagine. The Head Chef Trent is incredible, he and his staff are very attentive and went out of their way to check in about my dietary requirements. A big shout out to Daisy, Van, Thuy, Hon, Dinh, Chau, Jenny and all the incredible staff at both restaurants.
The large infinity pool overlooks the pristine beach, with lots of layabouts and fresh beach towels around the pool.
The Nang Spa staff are so professional, warm and friendly. The sitting area pre and post treatments is delightful, with stunning plants and greenery. Thank you Qua, Nhi, Tram, Hein, Phoung and the spa staff.
Thank you to the amazing guest services team - special mention to Hoai, Hein, Khun, Jolie who looked after us so well anytime of day. The rooms were cleaned to perfection each day and we were greeted with big smiles from guest service staff each morning.
Above all the staff are what makes Pullmans the most incredible place to stay.

I was worried about meeting the taxi from the airport to the hotel, but I was able to meet the driver smoothly. The staff spoke Japanese, so I felt at ease from the moment I arrived. All rooms in the hotel are non-smoking, but smoking is allowed on the balcony. I stayed for four days, and the pool that stretches straight to the coast was very open and made me feel like I was at a resort. The breakfast menu was extensive, and we enjoyed pho, banh mi, and tropical fruits every day. The front desk, service counter, bellboy, and cleaning staff were all kind and the service was excellent. In particular, the bellboy, Mr. Khuong, was kind and supported me with a smile every day from the first day of my stay. Thanks to him, I was able to enjoy every day without any worries. If you go to Da Nang, please be sure to talk to him at the hotel. I'm sure he will respond to you kindly with a smile. I would definitely like to visit this hotel and its staff again.

Beautiful hotel more on the outskirts of Da Nang. We were collected from the airport by a lovely driver and provided with cold water and towels which was welcomed after a flight. Greeted with a cold drink on arrival at the hotel for a quick and easy check in, & escorted to our room where the hotel had provided a bottle of wine and cheesecake for our honeymoon. Room was spacious, and had a balcony overlooking the pool. The bathroom was excellent and had both a shower and bath. Toiletries and amenities were provided.
Breakfast was always delicious with many international choices, the fresh made egg station being a highlight. The 2 restaurants had enough options to choose from, and it was great being able to have lunch poolside.
All of the staff we encountered were excellent, and seemed to speak a variety of languages catering to all guests. Would not hesitate to recommend this hotel.

We had a fabulous stay at the Pullman Danang Beach Resort and the customer experience was wonderful from end-to-end. We were picked up at the airport by our driver Vu who was very friendly, professional and full of knowledge. Upon entering the limousine we had ice cold water and refreshing towels waiting for us. As Vu drove us to the resort he pointed out key landmarks and gave us plenty of great tips on what to do and see while we were in Danang.
Upon reaching the resort we were warmly greeted by the reception team who had some cool welcome drinks and refresher towels waiting for us. As they seamlessly checked us in we enjoyed the view and our drinks from the Infinity bar. We were upgraded to a gorgeous, spacious Deluxe Room that overlooked the water and the Lady Buddha statue. The reception staff looked after us well during our stay with particular standouts being Thu and Jenny.
Facilities wise, there was a lovely pool with the beach just metres away. The fish and chips from the Azure Poolside Restaurant were so delicious and brought me back childhood memories of old school fish and chips which we enjoyed from our beach lounge chairs.
There is also the Nang Spa which provided a variety of beauty and massage services, as well as a complimentary sauna. There is a well equipped gym next to the spa that overlooks the main pool.
The morning buffet breakfast at Epice Restaurant was sumptuous with so much choice from a variety of international cuisines. the egg cooking station made a wonderful eggs Benedict.
The Guest Services team were outstanding and are truly a credit to the resort and the Accor group. We met the Guest Services manager Thao at the Sunset Social drinks and she was wonderfully friendly and informative. She shared with us so many of the activities that the resort had on offer that my wife was particularly interested in. There were morning running groups, tennis sessions with professional coaches, badminton/volleyball/basketball with staff, complimentary bicycles to ride around, morning yoga sessions, to name a few activities. I had the pleasure of meeting Evie in person who had prearranged everything for us in advance such as our airport transfers, local advice, and general guest assistance inquiries. Diem also helped my wife to book a number of the activities that my wife undertook.
Every staff member that we interacted with at the resort was friendly, helpful and a joy to be around. We really enjoyed our time at the Pullman and look forward to returning there in the future. Thank you to the Pullman team for a wonderful experience.

Pullman Danang Beach Resort was a great introduction to Central Vietnam, it was both a relaxing and fun stay that allowed us to soak in the beauty of Da Nang. Traveling with young children, we were grateful for the Kids' Club activities and facilities which kept them happy and preoccupied. In particular, Teacher Thao at the Kids' Club was very patient, caring and creative, sharing fun and unique craft activities such as coloring, lantern-making ahead of the Tết holiday, beading, and more - thank you! Additionally, the rooms were comfortable, airy and location of the hotel is convenient with easy access to convenience stores and delicious restaurants. Overall, Pullman is a fantastic choice for families seeking a memorable stay in Da Nang.

The complex is on the beach but large so best views are rooms closest to the beach and need to be sea view requested and up on higher levels in the hotel complex....the ones right on the end closest to the beach are top end more expensive suites

Hoi An is too close to have shuttles from Da Nang. I took a cab. You can also arrange a cab for whole trip for the whole day. The taxi drivers here are very honest. They did not overprice us (crossed checked worh hotel later). We visited My Son and Hoi An in one taxi in one day. Taxi will wait for you till late night to bring you back to da nang.
There are more places to choose from in the Da Nang area.
