A little bit concerned after reading the reviews here after having already booked, but it turned out absolutely fine. This place is near some of the better places to eat and the two semi decent night clubs, but 2km away from the main group of guest houses and shops. I would've liked somewhere more social, but as a group of...

We were already checked in when we red all te reviews written on trip advisor. We were pretty scared at that point. Our experience is actually totally different than most of written here. The rooms were basic but clean, good value for 10usd. The manager was maybe not the most friendly woman you will ever meet but she was definitely...

we stayed here for three nights in an ac room, but we only wanted the fan, so we payed 14$ instead of 18$. the girl at reception was always very friendly and understood our englisch quiet well. the waterbottles in the room are overpriced and the exchange rate (VND) they use is very bad! the "beach" is only there, if...

We stayed here in October 2012 and despite many comments on here about how rude and unfriendly the manager was, we found her to be extremely helpful and polite and had no problems at all with the staff. We hired some motorbikes from here an had one stolen, and the manager was very sympathetic and helpful towards us in getting...

The most unfriendly staff in one of the worst hotels in Vietnam. I have been travelling through Vietnam for several weeks and have never come across such unfriendly staff. The receptionist overcharged me for the room and made me pay extra for what looked like complimentary water in the room! Don't touch anything in the room if you are forced...

The owner and the manager is very rude. She added one USD as tax to my already overpriced bill. The room was very smallish and had to pay more than it deserved. While checkout the manager charge me 2 USD more because she tell me the comb was missing in my room, though there was no comb in the room...

We arrived at this hotel due to a Lonely Planet reccomendation, and we received the opposite of the good stay we expected. We were shouted at, threatened with calls of the police and overcharged in every aspect of the hotel. To start the Hotel Manager is atrocious, she is rude and a scam artist! Before i start my essay of...

We stayed there because it was recommended in LP. We should have read the comments here :-( Room was ok, we agreed a price in usd when we arrived, she took our passports and didn't want to give them back even after I tried to explain we needed them for some other bookings. When we were leaving (early morning, pick...
