I was allocated a bedroom in the front of the building and expecting it to be noisy I was delighted to find that it was exceptionally quiet. It was very handy to have an entrance to the hotel from the subway. The complimentary bottled water, bathrobe and slippers was greatly appreciated. The bed was very comfortable and the standards of...

My first impression: it's a very nice hotel with beautiful design. Their rooms are clean too. My family lives on different floors (one triple room and double room), the double room has better features than the triple one. The breakfast is not so good, the portion is too small (it's not buffet styled, I guess it's because they don't have...

This is a beautiful establishment at a reasonable price. We booked 3 double rooms. Each room even has different wallpaper! Details to amenities are much appreciated. They even provide free bottle water - not frequently so in many Japanese mid-range priced hotels. My only complaint is their mattress, but that is probably a personal preference. I found it a tad...

As I had business at Chukyo University, I booked in this hotel. It is newly renovated, very clean, with a helpful staff. There is a subway station next to the hotel which makes it very accessible. Though breakfast is adequate, there are many eating areas outside to choose from. One downside is that the walls are not thick enough to...

All of the staff at this hotel were unfailingly nice and anxious to help. The room rate including an ample breakfast is quite reasonable. The free Wi-Fi works well. The hotel has direct access to the Yagoto subway stop. It is very helpful that the Aeon shopping center is across the street; it has a large grocery store and fast-food...

The decoration is pretty. The staffs are nice even though few are unable to speak English. They upgrade my room for free because the room I booked full. The room is clean and spacious. Will definitely going back there

This was probably the best hotel of our trip. Very convenient location, friendly and attentive staff, clean and spacious room and an excellent breakfast, what more could one ask for? It also had a charming chapel (presumably for weddings), which looked lovely at night when lit (see my photo).
