Wonderful experience in a wonderful city/town. Walking distance to everything and lovely hosts who looked after us well. The hot bath was great and the food an experience. Stayed Feb 2017 Thank you for the hospitality

Am not sure what a rotenburo is? They do have a large and a small ofuro, which is a Japanese bath, not an onsen, (hot spring version).

Yes the rooms have heaters as well as air-conditioning. We were warm in February. Only one room has private shower and toilet.Two other rooms have private toilet but no shower. The shared bath/shower rooms are lockable... More

They have free parking, it is close to their ryokan.
