Fantastic location in centre of town and walking distance to castle and restaurants. Rooms are tiny but there is a great common area upstairs with beautiful views where you can sit and have a tea/coffee. REally enjoyed our stay.

Perfect location just outside JR Matsumoto Station, and adjacent to main bus terminal. No-frill business hotel in good condition. Restaurants and 24-hr convenience store just downstairs. Good price for a twin room which is lower than most other hotels' price in town.

We stayed here for one night between Tokyo and heading out on the Alpine route and on to Kanazawa. Hotel is directly across the street from the train station and about a 10 min walk to the castle. The station has a great bakery so we got breakfast there not at the hotel. Rooms were tiny but adequate for one... More

It is also located opposite the city bus station. The room is larger than normal Japanese standard as I have twin room not double room which suppose to be smaller. The bathroom is however, really small. The reception is on the 10th floor. There are several restaurants nearby.

We are used to the occasionally small rooms in Japan, but this was one of the tinier ones. The first room presented to us had a lovely view of antennas and roof top air-condition fans right outside the window, plus a grey wall blocking everything else. HAving quite firmly rejected this offer, our next "double room" had, quite literally, a... More

The hotel is good located. Normal price= normal conditions. Clean and comfortable. Good for short stay. Can recommend especially single/ couple travelers! The city is nice and 5 minutes from the hotel are nice restaurants with delicious food!

This hotel is located across the road from the train station so easy if you've got bags to lug around. The reception and breakfast room on the 10h floor have beautiful panoramic views of the Japan Alps. The rooms are really small, but you're able to relax on the 10th floor and enjoy free tea and coffee if you've had... More

As stated in most reviews, location is perfect. The front desk was very helpful, accommodating our request to change from smoking to non-smoking room and extending an extra night's stay efficiently. Was a bit worried about wifi but they give you a mobile router that you plug into the room giving you strong, efficient connection. Nice coffee lounge with good... More

We stayed here for one night. We booked very late (the day before) and therefore paid a very high price for the room. The room was quite small, but smelled strong like curry (??) when we arrived. This place is fine if you can book at a reasonable price. He location is perfect, just across from the train station.

The location right next to the train station is very convenient. However, the first couple of hours that we were in our room there was so much noise from the square outside the station that we almost couldn't stand to be in the room. Very poor sound isolation. When we got to our assigned room the cleaning ladies were still... More
