The hotel is what you'd expect from one in this price range and with it basically being a 'business hotel'. I stayed in an 'economy' double so it was just like every other such room I've stayed in throughout Japan. That's to say it's small, basically furnished, clean and has a 'unit bath' (with washlet). The bed literally took up...

Location was good, very close to the train station. Had a triple room so space was tight, but manageable. Generally clean, but the bedroom window did not appear to shut tightly and there seemed to be some dark mold around it. The bathroom also smelled of mildew. Based on the sound of the other reviews, it seems that this room...

A very solid and modern hotel next to the bus station and a short 5 min walk from the JR Train station. In addition to close proximity to public transportation, its downtown location is perfect for walking to all attractions, including the Imperial Castle, city parks and gardens and several shrines and temples. Matsumoto is a beautiful setting with the...

The hotel is conveniently situated three minutes from the main railway station. The room was more than adequate, with a view of the railway station, The breakfast was fine, with a greater selection of Japanese food than Western. You will not be able to get into your room until the check in time of 15:00 hours even if the hotel...

Having stayed at the bus and train convenient Tokyo Rei hotel in Shibuya, Tokyo, which was clean and shiny, we had high hopes for this one. Also very convenient to transport, in this hotel the carpets were frayed and ripped, the curtains grey and dirty, furniture scarred and worn. The staff were welcoming and friendly. And the rooms were adequate.

Whilst only staying one night we found this hotel to be centrally located, clean and well maintained. The little dealings with staff where all good. Location is near the train and. Bus depot with a number of restaurants and a shopping mall nearby with a good grocery store and food court.

This city was completely sold out when we arrived late one evening. There was a convention in town as well as the spring cherry blossom crowd.. The city was absolutely packed. I called 25 local hotels. They were all sold out. We were about to climb into the car and drive onto the next town and I walked into this...

Hotel located near train station, with small but confortable rooms. Arrived in the evening and had diner at the hotel's restaurant . The food and the service were both very good. Breakfast was not included and the restaurant was not open that morning. We had breakfast at an excellent French bakery at the train station.
