Check the Hotels own website for promotions which sometimes include breakfast. Our double room was small, however had space to access both sides of the bed; in many Japanese double rooms the bed is placed flush against one wall. Clean rooms, good linen, electric hot water jug and mugs for tea. Excellent bathroom amenities, the fragrant herbal body wash and...

First time to Narita. Easy to find from the train station if you go out the East entrance. Shuttle service was flawless. Room is small but functional. Next time I would probably skip the breakfast and go find something in town but it was raining when I was there, so it was good enough. I would definitely return.

The Richmond served its purpose. Great location close to the station and the man street, airport drop off the next day was really great. The room was small but manageable, aircon and shower worked great. Staff were not super friendly, but they were helpful.

Standard Richmond hotel, good buffet breakfast, nice rooms and friendly staff. Obviously mainly used for airport so the shuttle bus needs booking when you check in, but we got on the one we wanted fine. 5 minute walk from train station. good location to walk to the temple and the nightlife / restaurant area.

My wife and I stayed at the Richmond Hotel for one night while passing through Narita Airport with a long overnight layover. It was inexpensive and easy to get to this hotel via the Keisei Main line train and the hotel is just across the tracks from the first train station you reach after departing the airport. At check in,...

This is a cheap and clean layover hotel. Super small room but clean. English speaking staff. However, their free shuttle service to/from the airport has limited hours and isn't as frequent, unlike at other hotels, so, I suggest confirming the shuttle schedule vis-a-vis your flight before booking.

For years, this budget hotel has been our go-to lodging when staying overnight near the Tokyo Narita International Airport. We find that it offers excellent service, immaculate rooms, complete with light robes and slippers; comfortable beds; a good location for sightseeing in the charming town of Narita; and extremely good value. On our most recent one-night stay in December, I...

This hotel was nice. The staff were very helpful, going out of their way to give us directions. The room was not big, but it was definitely bigger than I was expecting and the bed was very comfortable. The toilet was magic with a lot of different buttons to try. Breakfast was a buffet with all kinds but of western...

After landing in Narita in the afternoon, we decided to stay over night at the Richmond Hotel instead of rushing over to the next city. The hotel offered free shuttle service (be sure to contact them to find out the time schedule ahead of time) from the airport. The room was very small, but that is normal in Japan. It...
