This hotel is in an excellent location, it is less than 5 minutes walk from the Narita train station so if you are utilizing the JR Rail Pass then it is extremely convenient for you. There are lots of restaurants, convenience stores, 24 hour McDonalds, bus terminal etc in the area and all within walking distance. The hotel has restaurants... More

Having two half days and a full day to kill we chose Narita instead of somewhere in Tokyo as it was close to the airport and reviews of the town were interesting. Arriving at Terminal 3 it was a fair but easy walk to the shuttle bus stop no 32 which took us directly to he hotel ..20 minutes. It... More

I booked the Mercury Hotel Narita with 41 minutes left on my flight. I had a nineteen-hour layover in Tokyo-Narita and couldn't decide whether to chance sleeping in the airport or sprinting for a hotel. Shower and a bed won out. They even give you a long sleep shirt, toothbrush, razor, comb, and shower cap. Free wifi. Easy access from... More

The location is great but don't let that sway you. Water literally pooled on the window sill and soaked the carpet from condensation. The walls and curtains were mouldy and there was mould in the bathroom. When I went to the service desk to request cleaning, they spoke to each other in Japanese and one service team member was scoffing... More

Take the free hotel bus from terminal 1 or 2. Check the timetable on the hotel site. If it says the bus leaves at ... time believe it and do not be late. It leaves from bay 32 opposite the centre entrance/exit door of terminal 2 (don't know about location for terminal 1). The bus trip takes about 1/2 an... More

The hotel has a very friendly staff and convenient location next to the train station. It has basic amenities and close to most sites in Narita. The wifi is decent and you can stream a Slingbox or similar with no problem. The only cons are that it is close to the train station and the windows are not soundproof. The... More

The hotel is well situated with railway stations and the Narita bus terminal a few minutes walk away. There is a good mini mart across the street plus any number of restaurants and bars in the area, so thats all fine. The downside is the hotel room. The television has only one english channel, the BBC, so if you're an... More

Stayed there for 1 night enroute to our flight back to MNL. Property is centrally located; train station at the back of the hotel, bus station across the street. Convenience stores a few meters away, even McDonalds is just a corner away. There is even a medium size store that sells goods at a slightly lower prices compared to most... More
