This 3.5 star hotel (my rating), is located about 20 mins from Narita Airport, in a very quiet location. Free shuttle service provided to and from the airport. Friendly and efficient front desk staff. Room was very spacious for a Japanese hotel and was very well appointed. Everything worked perfectly. Good room lighting system and comfortable bed. Great shower. Pay... More

This hotel is situated close to Narita airport. Its rooms are faded, and poorly lit - not at all welcoming. There is not even a bedside lamp for bedtime readers. The beds are hard and uncomfortable. This is not a great hotel. The staff are nice, but they can't make up for the physical deficiencies of the hotel.

The main reason for our family to choose this hotel is because of its location near two shopping malls plus one convience store right in front of the hotel and the other 7-11 is only 7 mins walk. The first shopping mall which is the most popular one to all tourist or hotel guests is called Aeon Mall Nariita. Garden... More

We stayed here for 1 night. I loved their beds, they were comfortable. The room was nice, decent and clean. There's a fee for WiFi in the room. The hotel has a buffet restaurant, which offers a discount to those who are staying there. The buffet spread is nice. The hotel is a 20 minute bus ride from the Narita... More

The Hotel and staff were very hospitable and friendly. the breakfast buffet included if you select that when you book is a good idea. You get a nice variety of choices to eat from light to heavy. The breakfast menu is the same everyday, but the variety of choices doesn't hurt specially if you're there for just a few days.... More

This hotel was probably very nice at one time, but today it really needs to be updated. That said, it's still very clean and comfortable, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. It's close to the Narita airport, and many airline crews stay here on their layovers.

A very clean and tidy room with good toilet amenities. Nice shampoo and shower gel. It is very close to the airport and there are shuttle buses from the hotel to narita station and aeon center. I took taxi from the airport to the hotel but I am pretty sure there's a shuttle bus to the hotel. Staff is nice... More

Rooms are typical Japanese: basic, sterile but functional. The beds are way too hard. I thought about laying on the floor - it probably would have been softer. The restaurant in the hotel is okay but, they seem to cater more for external visitors than hotel guests. More often than not, I am told no seats available unless I book... More
