We arrived from China in the evening, and needed a place to stay over in Narita, before heading to Sendai the following morning. The accommodations were modest, the room tidy (not clean, clean, but swept and clean sheets). The on-site restaurant had decent ramen. The incredible thing about this place is the location. We missed our shuttle in the morning,...

Literally 2 mins. from the terminals with regular shuttle buses. The hotel's décor is pretty rundown but it's all spotlessly cleans. The soundproofing is complete. The restaurant served a beautiful Japanese meal at a good price. It's no 5 star hotel, but it doesn't pretend to be. We had absolutely no complaints for everything that was provided at a very...

Yes, its a little old and outdated. But who cares if you've just been flying for 13 hrs, it's late and you are exhausted? Our triple room window looked into the airport, literally, but it was silent all night. The bathroom held lifesaving items that we forgot to pack, like hair ties and shower caps! There were also tbrushes, tpaste,...

This hotel is in the perfect location within walking distance from the station where the Narita express terminates, you literally go around the corner and under the bridge and follow the path round. The hotel staff are friendly and accommodating and the rooms are of a generous size and soundproof from any airport noise. It has been done a dis-service...

The room is simple with all the necessary that other expensive hotel has such as hair dryer, pot to make hot water for tea and tea bags, shampoo - coditioner-bodywash,disposible blade, hair brush, shower cap, toothbrush, etc. They even have slippers and kimonos for you to use. The restaurant was quite good. There are many vending machines in the lobby. The...

Like stepping back to the 70' or perhaps an Eastern Europe hotel in the 80' - a real time capsule. BUT its nice and clean and less than 5 min walking from T1. Shuttle bus three times per hour to both T2/3 and T1

We stayed here for 1 night as we arrived late into Narita. The shuttle bus to the hotel was convenient, but upon return to the airport we walked the 5 minutes as we knew where to go. The staff were nice and the room was quiet so we all slept well. We ate at the restaurant for a late tea...

Stayed for one night at the beginning of our holiday. Very convenient location with free shuttle to and from airport. Friendly staff and nice western-style breakfast. Rooms are reasonable size, clean and quiet. Staff have some English and are helpful.

The only good point about the hotel is that it is near the airport. Besides that, I really cannot see anything good. The room is warm and the air is circulated by a fan. The bed is good for a rest if there is nothing else to keep one's back vertical. It reminds me of an army camp barrack. I...
