I'm not a big Disney fan so we only stayed here for the convenience of getting the Happy 15 pass and being close to the mall for meals. It worked out well. The rooms are a good size, the staff are helpful, the bathroom was great. I found the beds too firm, but that's not uncommon in Japan. I wish...

It's a Disneyland Resort Hotel so you get 15 minutes earlier entry to Disneyland and Disney Sea. It's near to Ikspiari Mall which offers plenty of good and affordable eateries, and supermarket! It is so convenient to have shuttle bus to both attractions every 15 minutes. It has super friendly and helpful staffs that make your stay FUN!

I gave a rating of 5 because I was very pleased with all aspects of my stay and would stay again. I stayed two nights on the 22nd and 23rd of June with my 23 year old son.I booked only about a month in advance through the website and there was a reasonable amount of choice for rooms at the...

It was the cheaper options of the 3 disney hotels available. We bought a 3 day 2 night package that include tickets some fast pass free drinks tickets etc. This was great especially if you were travelling during peak season, though we did not but we just did not want to risk it. The overall package certainly was not cheap...

We bought the Tokyo Disney Vacation package (3 days 2 nights) on-line about 6 months prior to our trip. We arrived around 2:30pm to Disney Welcome center to pick-up our package info which is normally mailed to a Japanese address. Our luggages were sent directly to our room which was very very convinient (service only before 3pm). Then we headed...

Well other than it's convenient for me to bring my daughter to both Disneyland and DisneySea, there's nothing great about the room or the hotel. Room was old, the ID was lame. Well one good thing is within walking distance there's a mall where you are Spoilt with lots of choices for food and you can do some shopping as...

We stayed in a Triple room for 3 nights recently & it's big & comfortable for us 2 adults & 2 nine year old twins. What made it memorable for us was the very helpful & obliging Front Office staff, Mr Takayama who gave us a lot of helpful tips & advice, & the Disney characters in Chef Mickey who...

Stayed for two nights in October 2015 for our Disneyland + Disneysea tour. What a great way to relax and rest after roaming around the Disney theme parks. Location was key. Just a free 3 minute shuttle ride away from the theme parks. Good customer service with a mall connected to this hotel. Great customer service and express check-out. VIP...

Hotel quite ordinary. Service ordinary Not quite Disneyland was the experience. Even Mickey was talking in Japanese. Struggled quite a lot with language barrier. Food very ordinary. Everything booked out before check in! So make certain you book meals and experiences before coming to Disneyland. Disneyland is disappointing - all encounters/rides in Japanese - no English translation.

This is a great place to stay if you are going to be attending the parks. You get in an additional 15minutes earlier as well which does make a massive difference in beating the lines. This hotel is very family friendly and you can have breakfast or dinner with the characters which is a lot of fun for people of...
