The monorail is just outside of this hotel which makes it so easy to get around from Disneyland to DisneySea to Ikspiari Mall. Shanghai Disneyland Hotel is modeled on this hotel, so it was very familiar to us. We had a buffet breakfast included in...More
There is no pool and that was a big disappointment for our kids. Check in took over an hour. Staff struggle to understand basic English and come across as being generally unsympathetic to guest needs. We have stayed in Disney properties and travelled on Disney...More

We spent 2 nights at the hotel for Disneyland and DisneySea. The hotel is beautiful, huge and literally a stone throw away from Disneyland! Best decision made to maximise time spent at the park. It is also very convenient to get to from Maihama.
You can't get any closer to the entrance to Tokyo Disneyland Park then this ! The beautiful Victorian Style, massive Hotel, with over 700 rooms. The moment the hotel was in view, our excited began!! Our driver parked under the hotel car port . The...More

I'm not familiar with the price level, but English is not commonly spoken by the cast members there. Even in the Tokyo Disneyland Hotel, they struggle with explaining even the simplest things, and we went through 2 cast members and eventually a manager, because we were trying to get our in-room safe fixed. None of them understood the issue, until the manager came to our room and saw the safe himself.
However, the Japanese cast members are extremely friendly, and do their best - I just wanted to notify you, regarding their possible lack of English :-)

I got the three day pass when i was there. In nov 2017 that meant you picked one park for day 1 (e.g. disney sea) and then saw the other on day 2 (Tokyo Disneyland). On day 3 you could visit either/both. With the two day pass I think you pick one park for day 1 and then see the other on day 2 (i.e. no option to cross back to the park from day 1 or see the day2 park on day 1). I found the 3 day pass to be helpful because i could focus on the rides/shows at each designated/selected park on day 1/2 and then on day 3 I could shop and repeat my favorite rides at both parks. Have fun!!!
