Super friendly staff, all spoke good English, communication was never a problem. They sell Disney tickets so no need to queue at parks. Never tried the restaurant, they set up a small bar in lobby on an evening when we were there. Rooms good size with large bath, separate shower and Japanese toilet. Also provided where all your toiletries, shampoo,...

We went for vacation with our 2 kids and stayed in this amazing hotel. It is the best hotel if you want to go to Disneyland. They provide a shuttle service to the monorail every 15 minutes which is so convenient for me and my children. Excellent service by the receptionist who assisted us in booking seats in Chef Mickey's...

we stayed there for 3 days 2 nights to spend time with family in Tokyo Disneyland. The check in was superb , i should know that actually i can check in in the disney center at maihama station instead carrying our luggage thru monorail and bus. maybe next time. the room are spacious and nice, amenities good and room service...

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and had a 3 day pass to both Disneyland and Disneysea. The location is superb as it is located right at the resort line station that brings you to both parks. My children enjoy the very short resort bus (Mickey theme) ride to the train station and the Disney resort train ride...

Stayed here for 1 night during our visit to Tokyo DisneyLand. Rooms are bigger compared to the other one we tried (Sunroute). Service is excellent. We were not able to try the food though since we opted not to include breakfast in our package. Great location, walking distance from the disney station, you do not have to wait for the...

This hotel needs a good thorough makeover. Beds were rock hard , and rooms smelt of smoke . Restaurants were overpriced and did not offer many alternatives . Staff speaking English were few and far between - that may sound ignorant , as I speak very little Japanese , but it is a Disney located hotel , and they should...

Although there were limited English reviews of this hotel on TripAdvisor, we decided to book three nights here and we were very happy with our stay! Pros - Friendly helpful staff - Affordable room prices - Free WIFI - Spacious clean room (to our surprise, we were upgraded to a larger room upon check-in at no extra charge) - Complimentary...

We stayed here for one night (was originally going to be 2 but cancelled the second night) whilst in Tokyo. In terms of location its perfect, across the street from the Disney monorail which takes you to the two parks. The hotel itself is fine, but not close to being a 5 star like it advertises itself. On check in...

Hotel is a Disney-partner hotel, so it is on the monorail line (conveniently right in front of Bayside station, can walk from stop to hotel). The hotel itself is very nice. Rooms are large, and bathroom area is large as well. Our room had a nice soaking tub that, as the hotel staff warned us, fills in less than a...

I just stayed at hotel Okura Tokyo bay to be near Tokyo Disney Sea. The hotels location was very convenient, just a 3 minute walk or a free shuttle ride to the monorail that serves all of the Disney areas. Then a quick ride to the parks, the JR station or Ikspiari, the shopping and restaurant area. The hotel is...
