This is our third stay at Sheraton Tokyo Bay. Our first stay was in the yet-to-be renovated Ocean Dream room in Nov 2014. When we returned in Nov 2015, we were able to enjoy the newly renovated Ocean Dream Room. This year May 14-19 May we decided to opt for the new Park Wing room. It was the usual great...

We stayed two nights to be able to visit Disneyland for three days. We were family of three: I, wife and 5-year old daughter. What was good: - we left our bags early in the morning before checkout and went to DL. When we returned to the hotel, bags were in the room - Room is perfect. Prefect beds. -...

great hotel. we had a great room with a nice view of the water front. It has a game rooms for the children and a play area as well. This did cost extra for the use of it. The staff was quiet friendly but we found that we didn't get much help with our bags. It is right across the...

Such a happy holiday, worth of stay at this beautiful hotel. The room is spacious, we got four beds just perfect for the kids. The hotel is clean, food is good (just less variation for each day). Staff are friendly, special thanks to the receptions girl who lend us the socket power adaptor (small think but really helpful). I wish...

The close proximity to TDL is a plus and the rooms are very spacious compared to other hotels. That said don't get an interconnecting room unless you need one as there not sound proof. We were disturbed 2 nights in a row as our neighbours were always coming in late and making a ruckus.

We stayed two nights at the Sheraton Grande at the end of three weeks touring around Japan in all types of accommodation and we were glad we made this booking. Nice comfortable beds and plenty of space, the views are good as well. The Grande is a really good option for visiting Disneyland and connected by the Resort train. You...

We really enjoyed our stay here. The rooms are large, and not just by Tokyo standards! As with all Japanese hotels, everything was spotless. I felt customer was fantastic. I had accidentally left my iPad in the room after I checked out. Housekeeping was wonderful. They kept it for me and then mailed it to my next hotel. I was...

Very clean hotel with friendly staff located on the Disney transportation system. Rooms facing the bay will have a view of Mount Fuji on clear days. Rooms are larger than many Japanese hotels and are well maintained. Wide variety of food options are available including buffet, quick mart, as well more traditional sit down options. If you haven't traveled through...

While this hotel is conveniently located to Tokyo Disneyland and Service of Staff is great - it's is typical of the Hotels in the Disney area - it's all form little substance. It's like the fake fantasy of Disney. There is no passion from the service or facilities at this hotel. It's just going through the motions rather than truly...

This hotel is in a great location. The staff was amazing the entire stay. Also, the view of Tokyo Bay was very pretty. The room was well kpet, and our room had a new bathroom setup including combination shower and tub which was great and unique. Every time we walked into the lobby you would be greeted with a "Hello"...
