Nice place but definitely not the right season. Everything was closed. Hotel hot spring (hotel natural spa) was closed in the morning and in the afternoon they asked us a fee because we already checked out. Not really a great service

We didn't stay here. We were on a Gray Line day tour of Mt Fuji and Hakone, and stopped here for a quick lunch after just viewing the snow-capped Fuji-san. In the interest of time, we were encouraged by our tour guide to have the western lunch set (¥1,500 each). We were not expecting much but though the portions were...

We spent 1night only in this hotel In general the hotel was good, the room was clean, the futon bed was comfortable. We enjoyed the onsen bath very much Only the toilet inside the room need to improve the hygiene. First time we were given a room but the toilet had strong urine smell then we asked to move the...

I actually went to this hotel for lunch. I don't really like the food in here actually, however the view of the hotel is beautiful. They have a very huge park in front of the hotel, and we could take lots of pictures there. They also supply us with lots of sport activities like badminton rackets, baseball sticks and balls...

The food was good, the public onsen is fantastic & it's lovely just as seen in the picture. Had a lovely & relaxing time at the onsen (hot spring) The room is clean and comfortable. Walking distance to Lake Aishi.

We arrived at this hotel, and received a very nice welcome. We had paid the premium for a Japanese style room, and upon entering it, all that could be found was a floor of Tatami mats and a small table with chairs on the floor. We were so surprised! We then realised that at this type of Japanese-style room, you...

Everyone was telling me how I must stay in a ryokan. But I had a budget. This hotel is not a ryokan but it's every bit as Japanese as it can get. For the nice polite staff to the dinner every night. I stayed 3 nights. The room is reasonably sized. I had the western beds with ensuite bathroom. Never really...

地點,因跟GPS行了遠路,難評論地點方便性;I just miss led by the GPS to drive in a longer route, so I have no ideas about whether the location is convenience or not. 溫泉一般,無甚麼驚喜 The hot spring is just similar as other hotel in the same area 早、晚餐不俗,份量亦足夠The food is good

We got a western room with private bath and toilet. However since we used the onsen, we didnt get to use the shower/bath anymore. Wish we tried the Japanese room instead. The onsen is very nice and well equipped. The bed was comfortable but our room was hot. We tried to lower the temp several times but it remained hot...
