After paying for upgraded hotels, Pacific Holidays stuck us at this 1 star, has been hotel in the middle of no where. Staff treated us well, but there was nothing they could do with the facility. Never use Pacific Holidays!!!

regarding swimming pool, it really depends on the weather if it's open or not. I am not really sure if it's open for non guests. Onsen is open for non guests though.

I don't believe there's any discount at all. I was able to get Yunessun discount tickets online, cheaper than buying at the counter. Honestly you can buy the after 1 or after 3 tickets because it's not big enough to spend... More
