We were travelling around Japan for 2 weeks. Had a great time but it was tiring. Came here for a 2 night stay. It was just perfect. We were upgraded to a stunning room. Fantastic views, very spacious. Modern design but keeping the best bits of a traditional ryokan. Huge bed, sophisticated lighting system, Bose sound system. The staff are...

This place was wonderful! We had a long day of driving around through the mountains and arrived far later than expected. The gentleman at the desk heard we were on our honeymoon and upgraded us to a suite with no extra cost! The spa was to die for and open plenty late to enjoy a not soak in the spring...

the hotel is amazing. a bit hard to get to, but definitely worth the journey. remember to call for the shuttle to pick you up from gora station if you decide to train to that station. otherwise, reserve a shuttle to pick you up form odawara station. just give the hotel a call and they'll make sure it happens. everything...

Arrived very early in the morning, from Haneda airport went directly to Hakone Yomoto station by bus then by train to Gora Station. Hyatt shuttle bus picked us up at Gora Station. The warm welcome from Hyatt and it was still 10 in the morning. The check-in time normally is at 2 pm, so we need to wait, the hotel...

We spent one night here in September 2013. We were very satisfied with our stay, as the quality level of both the staff and the facilities are outstanding. Huge, clean room with a very comfortable bed. It is located a bit off the beaten track, but still pretty comfortably accessible by cable car and a 5-minute walk (we found the...

We stayed this hotel as a little escape from Tokyo. Feeling a bit tired of bustling of cosmopolitan city tour, it turned out to be a right choice. Very relaxing enviroment with Japanese cultural Onsen with Yukata. The staffs at the hotel were so kind and very attentative that we completely felt at home here. Greatly reccomended.

We all enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt. The Hotel is lovely, the staff is helpful, the food was good, the onsen was nice (tho not outdoor), the kimono's were fun (tho not varied like real ryokans) and the food was good. It's hard to get around as it's not located one of the small towns, but they were helpful...
