Places to stay are graded on a 0-100 scale. The higher the grade, the easier it is for travellers to find restaurants and things to do within walking distance.
The room is a little small, but it is well-cleaned. The facilities are business-oriented and very thoughtful. Amenities are collected at the front desk, but are compactly organized. Many items are available for free rental, so you can stay here with peace of mind. I think it is very good considering the cost performance. It is close to the station and there are several convenience stores nearby, so it is very convenient.
One thing that bothered me was that for some reason, we sometimes saw small insects. This may be because we sometimes opened the window a little to ventilate the room, but there was insecticide among the free rental items, so I thought it might be because there are many restaurants nearby. (This does not mean that it is not clean. I think the cleaning is good.)

The location is excellent, close to JR Kannai Station and close to the Isesakicho shopping street. The room was reasonably sized for the price, but it was disappointing that there was no Wi-Fi and the refrigerator would shut off every time I left the room.
