Can’t fault this hotel. From the friendly staff on reception to the decor, cleanliness, space, comfort and location. We chose this hotel based on the reviews of others. Easy access from Haneda Airport by train with one change at Yokohama Station and then the ease of the hotel being located on top of Nihon-Odori Station. We were upgraded on checkin to a beautiful room with a view straight out to Osanbashi Cruise Terminal which is an easy walk from the hotel. Our room had everything to make us fully self contained if we had wanted including a large refrigerator with huge drawer freezer.
Bathroom was probably the largest we have experienced in a Japanese Hotel. Our bed was large and super comfortable. Room had a couch and was spotlessly clean.
If you buy pastries at Strasbourg Patisserie attached to the hotel don’t forget to show your room card for 5% discount. 😋

The staff at the front desk elevated our stay to 5 stars with the way they went out of their way to assist. We arranged our portable wifi modem to be delivered so we had mobile wifi for the rest of our travels, the staff were quick to offer to find a restaurant when we arrived late. They also were a great help sending our bags ahead to our next hotel so we didn’t need to drag them on trains. The property itself is in an exceptional location with exit 4 of the subway taking you right to the front door and the hotel being only one block back from the harbour front parks and close to China town. The property is immaculately presented and the rooms very comfortable hotel wifi was good.

Would stay again if given a chance to visit Yokohama again. The location is nearby many places such as China Town, Red Brick House and restaurants. The hotel is quite new and the room decor is cozy and warm, especially we went during winter which is cold outside. We got a city view room and the tree outside the window was yellow and beautiful. Free coffee at the lobby and at the corner there is a coffee kan which serves breakfast.

Excellent position by the harbour and a few minutes walk away form China town, the largest in Japan. Well equipped and comfortable though the WIFI wasn't strong. Smell of stale water in the bathroom. There was coffee provided in both the lounge and bedroom but sadly for me, a rare person who doesn't like coffee there was no tea!! Breakfast was poor, not much choice and served cool!! That is the only reason for the three stars, deserved more.

Excellent location, wonderful staff. We have had 3 nights here before boarding a cruise. The room is large with a king bed and day lounge. 2 minutes from the harbour front, less to the train which is undercover the entire way if travelling with luggage. Nothing was to much trouble for the staff. It is easy to get to from the airport either by bus or train. If you have lots of luggage, The intercontinental is across the road and the limousine bus stops out the front there. We stay in a lot of hotels, and I write very few reviews, but this is a great find.

Wonderful hotel .great location. Room booked was on lower floor cause of pricing but room was spacious enough . Laundry on 7 th floor . Breakfast at a coffee joint next door . A special guests room to enjoy free teas n coffee . Only a small complaint. The girl at reception told us the daily bus limousine into Narita Airport n showed us a timetable. Unfortunately she booked us a taxi n when we got into YCAT. The last bus was at 4.10 pm n we arrived at 5 pm . Luckily a kind bus driver told us to take the Narita express into Narita airport . That nearly cost us a missed flight . I think the hotel needs to check the information as necessary regarding transportation when asked .

Great hotel. Rooms are larger than most Japanese hotels. Staff is great. Subway in very close. Clean, pretty new and at least a 4 star rating. Highly recommended if you need room in Yokohama near water front, Chinatown and Cosmo world, cup of noodle factory and other attractions

Fab accommodation..central for our needs as we are joining a cruise. Good links to travel up to tokyo. Ment to get bus from Haneda airport that stops 300metres from hotel but bit of confusion at airport and bought train tickets instead...not a problem got taxi out of station west exit roughly £11. Staying 3 nights . Staff a credit to hotel they are looking after us well. Rooms spotlessly clean. Fantastic hotel

Hotel is right next to the Nihon-odori metro station. Hotel staff are very kind and helpful. The rooms are comfortable and clean. There is a lounge with free coffee and tea facilities. The suite we stayed in also has small kitchen facilities. It was a very comfortable stay. We would like to come again, thank you.
