The location is good, around 10 mins walk to Hakata station and 1 mins walk to the shopping mall nearby. The staff is nice. The room is a little small though. Over all, I would like to stay here if I go to Fukuoka again.

Pleasant short stay. Spacious, quiet room, clean, functional bathroom. Location great for train travel, 500 metres from Hakata station. Can walk to Tenjin (if patient) or take the underground. Efficient staff. Didn't have breakfast so can't comment.

Nice hotel in Tenjin with basic facilities. Friendly, attentive & helpful staff. It's a good choice if you are traveling with a budget, basic facilities & toiletries provided in the room. Walking distance to the main shopping areas & many choices of restaurants.

About 10 minutes from the Fukuoka/Hakata train station on foot. Rooms are small and bathrooms tiny. No frills. The staff will not go out of his way for its customers and shows hardly any flexibility (showing up a bit early for the room: the check-in is at noon. Period). Fighting it a bit, it is possible to get the room... More

Stayed 2 nights at this standard, but very convenient Japanese business hotel. All rooms are non-smoking and the hotel itself is a short 6-8 min walk to Hakata station. Canal city is right across the street and the Tenjin shopping area is within a 10min walk, offering you a plethora of dining options.

Dirty, smelly, old I hate this hotel worst hotel I've ever stayed in my entire life! We didn't had any other choice for another 1 night after checking out in our last hotel that we've stayed for 4days we end up staying another horrible night in the smelly room of this hotel and the bathroom too small and disgusting sink too much... The hotel is closely hakata station about 10 mins and near canal city department store. It's very nice service. Room is very clean and comfortable but a bed is small. If you want bigger you have to booked more expensive. In the morning you will enjoy eat breakfast japanese style.

The location of the hotel is very closed to Cana City, a big shopping mall in Fukuoka. just cross the road. Staffs are very kind and nice. but a walking distance from JR Hakata is quite long. The bed and mattress are very comfortable.

Good: *) Location. Just 5 minutes by foot from main Railway Station (same place where bus is coming from Kumamoto etc) - just follow Hakata Ekimae street and see on the left. Close to big Canal City with park, restaurants, shops. *) Quiet hotel. *) The bed is VERY soft. Personally I doesn't like it at all. *) Bathtub is... More

“The tenth floor is the highest. Presumably, the rooms there should be more quiet.”

“If you want one, be sure to ask for a non-smoking room at the time of booking. Japanese smokers are hardcore and if you get a room which has been previously occupied by one of them, the second-hand smoke is sure to get to you. I am not sensitive to cigarette smoke but in here, it burned up my throat. You may not later get a change to non-smoking as the hotel seems to be a popular choice among Japanese visitors and is usually full.”

“OK hotel for the price paid, however service for rooms could be better as no extra pillows as requested where provided. Room very dark as the next building was only 2.5 meters away and noicy from the road as room was on the 2nd floor”
