This hotel seems to be brand new, and every thing was in a very good condition. Location is good. Check-in was efficient and friendly. I took a junior suite which was only slightly more expensive than the standard room. The suite was large enough, the furniture was brand new, the bathroom was nice. The bed was a little bit hard... Decent hotel in older part of town. It is close to green bazaar and 28 hero park. Metro is one block away. Hotel is clean, breakfast is good. Hotel personal are cheerful and helpful. I think it deserves as at least 3.5 star hotel.

the location is fine, the rooms is also ok - however not 5 or 4 star as it is indicated on the hotel. however the main problem is internet. internet is not working does not matter you access it from the room or lobby. because of that i regretted staying there.

We spent 7 nights here in Almaty in this hotel which is in a good location for getting around the city on foot or by bus & Metro. While all the hotel staff were extremely helpful a special mention has to be made for Aselya who was very knowledgeable about the area and helped us enormously with getting to places... More

Centrally located within a block or two of the bath house, the city’s largest market, the main shopping street, and a metro station. The area features a number of bars and restaurants, as well as a large park and a Russian Orthodox church. Many rooms face an interior courtyard and thus the hotel is reasonably quiet. Staff is multilingual, friendly,... More

The location is an 11 - pedestrian Arbat and Panfilov Park 5 minutes away, metro around the corner, bus stop in front of hotel, lots of nearby restaurants. Very good facilities - clean with great shower, lots of hot water, free and unlimited drinking water, helpful staff and great buffet breakfast. It's not a luxury hotel but it is an... More

Although we didn't get the balcony room we had booked, our room still had views to the mountains which are amazing. The room was very clean and a good size with a nice bathroom. The staff were all lovely especially at reception and the guys in the breakfast room. Breakfast was OK although the room was a bit stuffy. Coffee... More

We booked the Voyage Hotel at short notice after the normal research of reviews and also because of the good price on booking.com at the time. There were two of traveling and so we booked the Suite with Twin Beds. The room was quite large and very comfortable. Wifi in the room and the lobby was good. The breakfast was... More

Friendly, clean and comfortable in a very central location, the Voyage Hotel was perfect for my quick visit overnight to Almaty. It's a business hotel for central Asian locals but I stayed there happily on my own. Only downside was that CNN was the only Tv channel not in Kazakh or Russian. Good value for money.

We spent a few days in March in this hotel and we enjoyed everything and every moment in this hotel. The hotel Voyage is located about 5 minutes from the train station. It is centrally located, about 8 minute walk to the Panfilov park, monument to the unnamed soldier and Zenkov Cathedral. The Green Market and Tsum is about a... More
