So, I booked 4 nights on two separate bookings for different rooms having extended my stay in Almaty. As such, the photos provided represent a ground-floor double room and a upstairs family room with a mezzanine. Most importantly, for the price paid, which was very reasonable indeed, I consider the hotel to be of superb value. As such I shall order my opinions according to their importance. Firstly. The staff were very friendly and professional throughout the stay including the security. Secondly, I approve of the interior of the hotel - the overall design of the rooms being very comfortable indeed, and unusually spacious. The breakfast from 7-10 was cosy and supplied all the necessaries, though I would recommend fried eggs for the future. In addition to the above, the double room had satellite TV with access to the internet - i.e. YouTube etc. The swimming pool, though I didn't use it looks fantastic, and the restaurant food is well-priced and delicious (I recommend the lentil soup, with Chicken-Spinach and a side of rice). Though there was construction work happening which could have been a little more tidy given that some guests have to navigate through it, I would still rate this hotel a 5/5 for the value of the booking. 👍

Situated on the outskirts of Almaty is a plus because the traffic in and out of Almaty is horrendous, so you can skip a lot of it from here. We stayed here for three separate nights on a birding tour and found it a good clean hotel. The rooms we had were all clean with comfortable beds. The bathrooms were also clean. There was free in-room WiFi and laundry service. They provided two 0.5L bottles of water in the room. Breakfast was basic but adequate. The hotel is a short walk from a restaurant. It has a sauna and outdoor swimming pool, but when we were there the pool was empty and being renovated. There is a bar and lounge area and good parking.

We had a two-day rest here. This is a three star hotel with an outdoor pool, which is a huge plus during a hot summer. Unfortunately, the pool opens at 11 am. The hotel is easily accessible because it is in the northern part of Almaty. I gave three stars for location because there is not much to see around the hotel. We were choosing between this hotel and one in the mountain. Our son said the other hotel is worn out.

We came here as a stopover between a minibus drive from Bishkek and flying form Almaty to China. The lovely receptionists Tozgnan and Bota were very helpful. Check ou on a very late time was no problem at all. The room was nice and clean, the next door restaurant excellent! Simon and Angelique

We loved this hotel. Our travel agent in Bishkek had booked it for us and we stayed here after a long drive from Bishkek, as an overnight stop before catching an early morning flight. As a business hotel, I would not rate it, because of its out-of-town location, but in the circumstances for which we used it it was just right - and very convenient for the airport. It was a revelation. The rooms were very comfortable and quirky, designed in a local style, but with all the modern features you would expect. You could have put another couple of beds in it without any discomfort and there was an internal loft feature that would fascinate children. There was a very good restaurant next to it - I couldn't work out whether it was part of the hotel or not - and the whole place was lively with families enjoying themselves in an excellent and well looked after swimming pool. The price we paid was fantastic value.

Used this hotel to overnight in Almaty between flights. The hotel was spacious and clean. The airport transport was waiting as arranged. Overall a very pleasant hotel. One tip, at weekends try to get a room away from the pool as this is a social area on a summer evening, gets a bit noisy.

My husband and I stayed here after arriving in Kazakhstan. We stayed for two nights in the winter before embarking on a cycle tour. We stayed in a standard room which was clean, comfortable, good size and had a good bathroom. The staff were really helpful and friendly and some could speak English. The included breakfast was great, and the restaurant would bring dinner over to the hotel lounge which was fab. There are lots of shops nearby and a big supermarket which was great for us preparing for a cycle tour. There are also lots of cheap eats nearby, and the 20 minute taxi into Almaty centre cost us about £3 (1200 tenge). It's close to the airport, but not so close to the city so might not be a great location for exploring almaty... although it is considerably cheaper than the nicer hotels in the centre so the cost of taxis there and back could still make it a big saving. Overall, highly recommended.

Had three nights here in a junior suite. The room was huge with a very comfortable bed and good sofa. The wifi worked well but you did have to log on at different parts of the hotel the pool was cool but good, enjoyed by many locals too! The breakfast was adequate choice and quantity. Nina and Aida on reception were fabulous, they had great knowledge and assisted with buses (bus 106 runs from the nearest intersection straight to the airport for 80 tenge!!). I would absolutely stay here again. There are several local buses just outside the hotel which are great for the 40 minute trip into the city. The restaurant attached to the pool bills direct yo your room at the hotel - good choices of food here too.

This is a wooden themed hotel; rooms are average size but cleaned. The hotel is located in between of airport and downtown, can be a good choice for stopovers. The staff is very welcoming, knowledgeable and responsive and speaks English. There are plenty of restaurants, bars and shops around it. Breakfast is very basic - free WiFi connection is available all over the hotel. The hotel concierge service arranged airport transfer for us which cost 3000 KZT per sector.
