This Camp is located in the Center of the Park and includes a waterhole popular with elephants, giraffes and all wildlife. The accommodations are rather nice but lighting is insufficient. Having a door problem taken care of took many requests. The restaurant is on a hill overlooking the waterhole. The food is okay and plentiful. The staff varies from friendly to...

This is a luxury, high-end camp in a quiet part of Amboseli Nat'l Park. Our guide, Alex, was very knowledgeable and one of the better guides I've met on Safari. There is a watering hole in the camp which attracts animals (we saw giraffes, elephants, warthogs and lots of baboons and dik diks) as well as a swimming pool and...

As our first ever safari experience, we were overwhelmed with the quality of the camp, our gorgeous Private House, stunning views, amazing fresh food ( our server Eunice was a doll!) and TOP NOTCH guide Joseph, who taught us EVERTHING we needed to know about the animals we experienced. He was knowledgeable, professional, and good natured providing the most amazing...

Very warm welcome provided by our guide Ali, upon reaching the air strip and thereafter by Lori and Johan at the camp. Awed by the space in the tents and the view of the Mt Kilimanjaro. Food was particularly nice with the presence of William. He really is a friendly guy who likes to joke. Talking to him just makes...

We (5 of us) just stayed here this past thanksgiving week and it was perfect. From being greeted by our great hosts to the best driver to see the animals, this place is TOP SHELF all the way. On top of that, the food was amazing and the accommodations were elegant. You will not be disappointed.

We stayed here for two nights at the beginning of our safari trip. What a great place to start. Johan and Lori are very welcoming. The staff, our waiters were Stanley and Domenic, are very well trained, friendly and thoughtful. We enjoyed spending time in the bar and dining room with other guests. We enjoyed our tent, the view of...

Tortilla Camp is adjacent to Amboseli National Park with a view of Kilimanjaro. The Camp is a swath of green in the otherwise dry, brown environs this time of year. We were met at the Amboseli airstrip by a gentleman who was our guide for our 2 night/3 day stay. A Masai, he is professional guide who works for Tortilis....
