Definitely one of my worst experiences at the coral key villas next door to the resort .We had no electricity till 8.30pm! Water was disconnected the next day with no apparent reason. Dirty toilets and place. I do NOT recommend anyone to stay at those villas.

Went to the resort for the day for swimming. For beach access, they charge approx $25 Canadian per person - this includes a buffet meal and access to their amenities. The resort is beautiful and has direct ocean access. It appears well maintained and clean. Only con: Buffet food was good, but made me wary (it was out in the... More

A week long holiday, all inclusive. Nothing to complain, decent food and drinks, Kenyan style, rustic, accommodation. Quiet, a bit...sleepy place, apparently for a reason. The place is half-hotel, half-timeshare. There's a separate hut alley marked "Owners and residents only" wherein there are plenty posters "For sale" attached to bungallows. It says something about the state of things there. The... More

This must once have been such a great resort. Unfortunately, it left a lot to be desired. there was only a skeleton staff working. Customer service was closed all the time, Travel office - we never saw anybody there. The restaurant was good, but both the restaurant and the only open bar ran out of beer after three days and... Pros: Lots of space to lounge about, nice pools and water areas, excellent masseuse, great beach access, lots of taxis and tuk-tuks outside the front door, friendly waiters / cleaning staff and serves up some fabulous pizza. Cons: Very poor client service at the front desk, staff not trained in the art of greeting and smiling at patrons, inadequate and... More

The food was fresh, and the housekeeping staff were friendly, exception on the head receptionist who is ill mannered, For once i did not feel segregated in a predominantly Italian set up. more consideration for the other visitors would be highly appreciated and clear cut communication on activities would be highly appreciated otherwise it was okay

Located on Silversand beach. The sand is white but sea is not beautiful due to the proximity with the Sabaki river mouth and the presence of algae. I stayed in the Yachting club area which is calm and nice.Tides and beac boys are annoying. Good buffet all inclusive.

Visited several times and would go back again. Time share side is more European-like, multi-floor condo units, while the village side is more tropical, beach huts. Both are very nice. Food is plentiful buffet style, all-inclusive. Entertainment is enjoyable local flavor. Amenities include beachfront showers, cabanas, waterside food/drink, safari travel service and a number of beautiful freshwater pools. A plus... More

“Avoid the rooms near the disco at all costs. If you get a pool-facing room then prepare for some noisy water aerobics classes for an hour on Sundays. The beach boys might hassle you when you walk along the beach but they mean no harm and generally leave you in peace if you are firm in saying no.”
