We checked in but managed to move out after complaining to skileb. Shower nozzle right next to toilet seat with no shower curtain. Bathroom light in kids bathroom not working and electric plug broken and very dangerous. Bedding: total nightmare. No mattress protection and only one sheet not even covering the mattress with a dirty blanket on top. Staff told...

Joe is the owner and although he is nice and friendly & funny, he stayed quiet about the fact that the room-type we'd paid for wasn't available and tried to fob us off by putting us in a cheaper room. We did get reimbursed in the end but only through talking to the Skileb rep. Joe's sister, Jazelle, however was...

the driver picked us up at the airport with a car fit for live stock not humans, not even the driver where fit for driving humans. After smoke from the gear box and screaming tires we came to the hotel, all alive. My wife said never this driver or car again. The lobby of the hotel is smaller than a...

Stayed, or should I say attempted to stay there for 2 nights. The first night we got locked out when we returned to the Auberge Suisse at 2:45am. Despite several people banging on the door and ringing all door bells for a good 10 minutes we were not let in. We had to take a taxi back into Fareiha and...

I agree with the statement above ‘Avoid at all cost’. I have stayed in hostels, backpackers and 5 star hotels alike while on ski trips. The accommodation is very very poor for the standard portrayed via Skileb and the hotel website, I feel sorry for Paul who is left to be the guest facing member of staff for the whole...

Only place Skileb could book us into, or so they said - not sure they have any repeat business! Generally staff unhelpful, although one exception has to be the young girl on the reception who at least tried to be cheerful. 'Dormitories' not upgraded since 1970's I'm sure. Large damp mouldy patch on bedroom ceiling, very tired and uninviting rooms....

The front desk manager held my passport against my repeated requests to have it returned after demanding a $300 cash payment for minor damage to a snow-mobile we rented. He was not interested in waiting to go through our insurance, showing us a part invoice to demonstrate a $300 value and claimed he did not have insurance. Hard to believe...
