Detailed Reviews
We didn't realize "Silver Suite" is meant for a wheelchair bound person, Agoda didnt indicate that. And we booked that room for 1 night stay. They do have Gold Suite too but unfortunately its sold.
Room is quite spacious, basic & include balcony. Room is not carpeted bcos it is meant for wheelchair access. We were given room #625. Phone in the room is faulty & not working well, we had difficulty to call housekeeping request for bath towels & bath mat. Tv channels very limited, cater more to malay channels. Breakfast on level 13A was ok, quite crowded around 9am. Complimentary carpark for in-house guest.
Overall our stay here was so so, definitely not coming back for their Silver Suite. Wrong choice of booking.

Stayed two nights at the hotel. On arrival hotel was rather busy at the reception area but staff at check in were doing the best they could to accommodate the needs of guests either check in or check out. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, air con worked well and the hot water was consistent with good water pressure. The buffet breakfast was nice with plenty to choose. Main issue, the wifi in the room doesn't work at all. So for those who bring children and need wifi to play their games and watch youtube in the room, avoid this hotel.

Staff were available to help out with the luggage. Check in is easy. Staff friendly.Parking plenty but the way to the carpark is small. Rooms were ok. Decorations looks dated. Swimming pool does not have towel and kids pools. Sign to dry oneself after swimming before going in to the lift but towels were not provided on site. Breakfast is ok. Hope they have more choices available.

The good
Mattress was really comfortable, not too soft. There was a counter top sink outside the bathroom which is convenient. Well litted room.
Clean linen smell.
The bad
Water pressure low with bad shower head set. No hand towel, floor towel. The window glass was found to have stained left frm previous guest. The sky bar quite a let down, seems quite rundown and doesn't seems lively. We went up lookaround and immediately took the lift down.
Additional comments
The housekeeping staff were nice with sincere heart providing good hospitality to the guest.
The reception counter should learn more from them.
Tip: If you're parking hotel's multi storey car park, get the card scan at reception and also get it inserted at vending machine before driving off.

Check in was fast. They asked for a deposit of RM100 which was returned upon checked out. The hotel though rated as a 4 star hotel looks more like a 3 star hotel. Room was small. Not that clean. Bed was okay but the pillow was really uncomfortable. I had neck pain the next morning. Basic facilities were provided in the room like coffee & tea making facilities, room slippers, hair dryer, fridge, toiletries. Iron & iron board were placed at the corridor. Our room came with free breakfast. The breakfast was average nothing spectacular. Spread was average. There were local dish, bread, cereals, fruit, congee, pasta, dessert and drinks.

It was past 9pm when we cleared customs from Singapore to Malaysia, so the travel agency arranged to stay at the Amerin Hotel in Johor Bahru. Although it is advertised as a 4-star hotel, I think it can only be given 3 stars at most. The old bedspreads, sheets, and bath towels in the room felt like they had been used for a long time, and even had a bit of a smell. They should have been replaced but they were still in use. The breakfast was simple, but the fruits were not washed, and they were even moldy on the bottom. The only advantage here is that it is in a good location. It is on the side of the main road and very close to Singapore. There is a 7-11 next to it but the owner does not open it 24 hours a day. There are snack bars and small grocery stores next to it for shopping convenience, and it is not far from McDonald's.

Stay here for a night just to complete the stay till monday. The hotel have a nice lobby they prepare drinks for their guest. However, all the staff gave me a cold look vibes till you feel scared to approach and ask them question. They talk so fast and when i ask to repeat they give me a face but they still repeat. But its fine. Upon check in the staff had informed me that there is no towel in the room due to the linen is yet to arrive. They told me will arrive in the four at the afternoon. When we arrive at the room there is 2 towel but no bath mat. Around 5pm i call the front desk but no pick up. Call the housekeeping and they informed will send shortly. Minutes waiting, hour waiting a day waiting the bath mat is yet to arrive till we check out. And again ITS FINE! At night we called to ask for cutlery. It took 15 minutes to arrive. And again ITS FINE i guess this is how their customer service is. One thing about this place has a great location if you traveling by bus to singappre opposite there is a bustop for a causeway link bus direct to singapore :)

Before all, I must say thankyou to the brilliant yet diligent staff, Ungku. He helped me throughout the whole thing and ensure that I and my partner were having the best of our dinner and it is the best one indeed. We’re both never had that kind of experience so by getting one, I can say for sure that anyone who ever tries it will not regret. I even did something horrible to the staff accidentally but he tolerated and solve the problem of mine professionally. All the foods prepared are mouth-watering and the infinite flow mocktail is very satisfying, well this is only given through the package of course. Also, the other staffs are very friendly as well that I would recognise them as my pals. In conclusion, if you want to try it, you definitely should. Thank you once again and mostly to Ungku.

Beds: One of the few hotels that provide 2 king size beds in the city. Very comfortable.
Breakfast: Quite satisfied with the variety. Nasi lemak is available daily, but apart from that there's also other selection of Indian/Chinese dishes that change daily. Would be better if there's a dedicated egg station.
Toilet: Nice hot shower available. The cleanliness can be improved though.
Misc: A few eateries nearby. If you don't fancy those, can always take a short Grab drive to Paradigm mall 😊
