Have stayed at Amerin twice. This hotel is the closest to Paradigm Mall with proper facilities (other than apartments and budget hotels). Ample multi-storey car park is available within the hotel building. Check-in have always been swift and easy, even during school holidays and peak seasons. Front desk staff are always attentive and friendly. Special mention for Mr. Ungku for his great smiles and enthusiasm. The lifts can be slow during peak season. Breakfast buffet selection is reasonable and well replenished. But the restaurant space is quite tight to accommodate the full-occupancy crowd. But the speedy service by the breakfast crew has always ensured that our breakfasts were pleasant. There is a rooftop pool and bar that offer fantastic panoramic views of JB.

A good spread of breakfast with Noodle soup, congee, nasi lemak, bread, standard dishes range station (like yummy fried noodles, Rendang chicken, fried mixed veg) fruits, salad, good varieties of drinks and cornflakes. And also the omelette station next to the lift. What I really like is the topping up is fast. The Noodle was still 75% full and you can see the chef through the open concept kitchen as he started to prepare to fry another round of noodles. And another one is preparing another chicken dish. Food are definitely serve fresh. Waiter and waitress are fast and efficient. Always checking on tables and food to make sure that they clear the plates and food doesn't run low. Cafe is located at 13A and was almost full when we go there at 8am. Various type od fruits serve after it was finished. I was hesitated to book this hotel as there were review saying its dated. But it looks good to me for a 3 stars rather than 4. But the service is definitely 5 stars standard. We were allocated to the executive level and rooms were quite newly renovated. It's a bit small but comfortable for 2 to stay. Open wardrobe and no bath tub. Frosted glass toilet with pull down blind at shower screen next to the beds. Basic toiletries, 2 wornout bath towels, complimentary mineral bottles, standard tea and coffee. Hairdryer in the bathroom. Everything is quite new but the towels has smell and torn. So I ended using my own towel instead. Bed is not so comfy as a bit too stiff but acceptable. Room has some noise throughout the night likely the aircon, ended my girl did not sleep until 5 am. But it's OK for my husband and son. Overall I have to say its a good hotel with great service and nice rooms. Real fresh good and hot food served, not just saugages and baked bean in The Puteri Pacific which I stayed the following day. I'll will definitely stay here again…

On 1st inspection, I was pretty pleased with the room. Very spacious. But on closer inspection, especially in the bathroom, I had my doubt. There was feces on the handheld bidet and also remnant of splattered feces on the toilet bowl as well. I was totally in shock. It was lucky enough that it was me who went in first & not my daughter. I am pretty sure she would have touched the feces without realising. Housekeeping was pretty quick though when we called. They cleaned the toilet and give it a fresh spray.

My wife and i stay here for one night. This hotel is about 15km to the city. We stayed at 7th floor with the view of housing area which is nice view although will not see sunrise or sunset. The king bed room has an ample space although not spacious. You can enjoy your dinner at the rooftop (level 15) with good view and a small swimming pool within. There is also a Cafe at the ground floor and breakfast is at level 13A. We do enjoy the breakfast and i like the chicken curry. There are lots of restaurants surrounding that open until late midnight thus you don’t have to worry in getting breakfast lunch or dinner. With it location, i think the rooms rate are a bit pricey maybe because it has 4 star facilities however it was a comfortable stays.
