I m first stay at tis hotel , No phone netwrk at room and weak WIFI cannot mk phone call or online , i got 2phone wth 2 different netwrk (Digi n maxis) both oso no service when i stay inside room 315, after request for changing room tey need us pay RM10 for room processing charges, due to we r enter room , offcourse i won't pay for it coz tis is no sense for the charges , lucky tat i onli stay one nite in tat room , not onli the netwrk problem but oso wth vry bad smell , like musty ,room interior dark , tis room is my bad experience ,

Hotel Time is located in a side street in close proximity to the pulsing sites of Permas Jaya. I booked a family room (1Q +1S bed). The room was spacious and relatively clean. Aircon and TV were fine and the shower had good hot water. Linen and towels were well laundered and the bathroom was in good condition and well cleaned. Best of all, the wifi had good signal strength and speed - apart from a power outage which lasted about 20 mins. The rooms was fairly well insulated for noise/sound. Sadly, there are no designated 'non-smoking' rooms - so if your are sufficiently unfortunate to follow a previous heavily smoking guest, good luck. Staff were friendly, polite and helpful. There was no room service and no appliances in the room - coffee making materials but no way of heating water, etc. That said, there are many many eateries and cafes very close to the hotel - a few of which are 24/7. Staying there for 3 nights due to our event hotel were fully booked. Good rate. Its the lowest near here. So dont really expect fully comfortable. But perhaps the hotel should do supply more important things inte room such as heater. You have to go to the lobby, bringing the empty jug, and take your hot water there. The hotel really should consider a pack of family that always need to use the hot water.

As expected the price you pay is the quality hotel you get. As a last minute booking i had no choice especially for customer visit. The hotel rooms of course is of basic standard and you can hear the upstairs watching tv. No option to select a hotter water in the bath, if you want basic and have no choice then this hotel will be suited for u
