The facility is ok and staff didn't seem to be much interested in the customers. I took full body massage for 1.30 hrs, the massage therapist was not professional. After the massage i had neck pain for 2 days. Will not recommend at all.

I was given a room on the 6th floor. The lift only stopped at 5th floor. Guests on 6th floor would need to climb up a shabby staircase. At night, the staircase looked extremely spooky with lights flickering. Wall papers along the corridor outside the rooms were peeling.

In the room, the toilet bowl is not working well. When I booked through Hotel. com, the description said the room can accommodate a roll over. So I requested for an extra bed. The roll-over extra bed turned up to be just a thin piece of mattress, like a yoga mat. This thin mat cost RM30. The cups were not clean. One of them even had a ring of coffee stain around the rim of the cup.

The buffet breakfast that came with the room had only 3 items, fried beehoon, fried rice and sunny side up (no other choices of eggs).

Terrible & unhappy experience.
Not only dirty wall, peeling wallpaper, yellowish bedsheet/ blanket but there are cockroaches running around even though twice changing rooms. The corridor seems run down too.
This hotel really needs renovation due to its constant stream of poor reviews.

Serious safety incident
This is a very sleazy massage place.

The Thai male massage therapist insisted for me to go fully nude for the massage treatment.

Halfway thru the massage, he proceeded to provide extra services and brought his mouth near to my private parts!

Had the cheek to ask me for RM300 tips when I did not even initiate this!!!

Beware!

I didn't stay in the hotel room. But the lobby looks run down. Poorly lit, the lift to the spa looks very scary. I'm commenting on the massage service provided. The masseuse: Poor service, awful skill, playing hanky panky. Don't use their service.

Good to pay attention of the massage duration offered by Sawadee. Integrity of the place has dropped a lot. Booked a walk in massage of 3 hours duration, made to wait for more than an hour (which was understandable, given that I had walked in without a reservation). However the massage was cut short to 2.5 hours by the therapist despite having paid 3 hours. This was also confirmed by the receptionist who said that the session started at 2225hrs and should have ended at 0125hrs.

Receptionist upon highlighting to manager, came out to the road to tell me that manager wanted to see me. Shouldn’t the outlet be more customer orientated and walk to me to explain, instead of asking me to walk to see the manager? Don’t understand the logic behind this.

Therefore, please be more vigilant when booking your massage sessions at Sawadee Massage, as you might not be receiving what you paid for. It is always a good practice to note the time you start your session to ensure you are getting your rightful worth!

Room is spacious with no window. Pillow cases are yellowish with stained bedsheet. Floor is not properly cleaned with dirts all over.

In the toilet only, shower foam provided. Have bring own shampoo. Toilet flushing system is awkward, water is so weak that particles cannot be flushed.

Woke up the next day, my bf feeling itchy all over. Guess its the dirty bedsheet.

The wall of the hotel room is freaking thin, i can hear the guest next door chatting and giggling. Early morning at 8-9am slamming of the door. Lift is pathetic , one lift only that can only take 5-6 pax. Hotel looks more like hotel 81.

Location is good. Next to holiday plaza, walking distance to ksl. But hotel is in shabby building.

Firstly, the location of the hotel is ideal. It’s about RM146 for the Deluxe Room Level 5 that we stayed in. Initially, the hallway of the rooms left us with a bad impression with the peeling wallpapers and signs of unfinished renovation works.

However, the room itself was quite spacious and quite clean. The bathroom only had a shampoo in so you’ll need to have your own toiletries ready for your stay.

The location of the hotel is ideal as there are a few shopping malls like KSH Mall and Holiday Plaza and various F&Bs within walking distance. The surrounding hotels tend to be pricier with some smaller budget hotels and home stays available for a lower price. There are no lack of taxis here or you can just hail an Uber or Grab.

Overall, if you’re just looking for a hotel for a quick stay, this hotel is a good one with a comfortable bed and spacious room.

Stayed there for a night. Room looked clean at first glance. Toilet got urine smell. Pillow covers yellowish. Certainly dont looked fresh. Room got very strong detergent smell that took a while to disappear.

Bed was very comfortable. Hotel location almost perfect.

Breakfast was simple fried noodles etc. To my pleasant surprise, the fried noodles and its sambal chilli was easily one of the tastiest i ever had. Green bean soup was superb as well.. way better than what i bought outside.

TV channels virtually non existence.

Overall this hotel is alright considering the price you pay. But only for 1 or max 2 nights. I will come back for sure.
