We chevked in almost midnight. Got upgraded to a deluxe room, which was above than what we expected for the price we paid. Clean room with a city view. Sound proof glass window kept it quiet for a restful night. The bed was big and comfortable. Decent size bathroom with a self cleaning spray attached to the toilet bowl was handy. Parking was easy too. Will definitely come again for staycation. However not withjn walking distance to nearby amenities. You need a car for transport. Other than that everything is good.

All are good to go with but only for the TV Channel and the Women Spa need to improve on it. For the TV, there's not much channel to watch and it Local SG Channel. Maybe can suggest add on Astro Channel or HBO for more varieties. For the Women Spa, can suggest to clean the pool maybe 3 times a week so all user can get a fresh pool and feel comfort while swim and spa there. Lighting a bit dim and can it be a bit brighter at certain area so it wont be so dark when it night time.

Everything was good. However, the location will be at least 10-15mins drive away from KSL.
Great hospitality and one notable mention will be Siti - front desk agent. She was really professional and catered to our needs.

1. Room 907 no open window nor fresh air for 2weeks (stressed). 2. Cigarettes & vape will taken away during checkin & not returnable. Even prison returned personal belongings. 3. Untitled outside restaurant food for their own cafe business except monday. 4. See pic. Lunch is uncooked chicken. If buy fm ksl cafe got the red color tomyam cost RM30. If wanna go complain they shutdown lift, return back to room they already cut off your room key lock. 5.Worst ever.

Check In was smooth however the hotel phone line to reception or housekeeping goes unanswered most of the time. When I did get through to request 2 hand towels (not provided in room) only 1 face towel was sent and we were told the hotel is only allowed to give 1 per room? Now how do 2 people use 1 face towel as a hand towel? Unheard of at hotels and unacceptable.

KSL Hotspring very suitable for those who want have a nice vacation with a family. Environment around here suitable for family to get along. KSL Hotspring also provides a lot of accomodation for release tension such as karaoke family, playground, pool and also sauna for gegurl time.

Friendly staff name Mr Sahid as did every well on extra mile.
We check in the room and the room have strong cigarette smell. the phone hard to use as i press 0 but unable to reach operator. I use my mobile phone call operator as request to refesh my room, however we wait 30 min still no staff come to our room and i tired again for hotel phone to operator and finally able to reach and state my request.
At the end we go to front desk counter, complain about the room have strong cigarette smell, he ask us to wait then only know he was searching another room for us, as Im feel surprise. I told him to arrange someone to refesh my room, and im ready to wait again. However he ask us to wait, He took the spray and follow us to the room. He help to refesh our room in detail.

To be honest , after this place made to be a quarantine hotel . A lot should think again about staying here . The rooms currently I’m staying in carpets are peeling and dusty seems not clean properly for a long time .
Aircond does not have a filter system . Room wise is acceptable. Toilets floor when check in sticky. So far the standard is bad as it is use as a quarantine Center, I believe major refurbishment needed or else the virus will be hiding somewhere in the rooms we will nvr know .

Decent hotel. However, horrible reception phone system! stayed here twice, phone system is horrendous! On both occasions, wanted to request for ironing board, called 6- 7 times, but the call gets hung up each time it's picked up.
Had to go down to the lobby to ask for the ironing board. The reception explained that all calls from hotel rooms goes to their HQ ( at another location) instead of the hotel's lobby reception.
My question is, what happens if there is an emergency in the room? There is no safety feature or help that we can get promptly.
Pls look into your phone system! A customer might be having a heart attack in the room, and unable to call for help!

For the price paid, the room is clean and conducive.
The toilet is with a marble tile, which make it quite slippery and not suitable for elderly.
Counter staff is friendly.
Internet connection is very unstable, they definitely have to improve on this.
Stayed in room 916 however there were power trip 3 times, so I had requested to change room, and they put me in 1217.
