Saw many good reviews on this hotel so booked for 3 nights with family. The first night digital door lock beep every 10 min for entire night which affected sleep. Told reception next morning to fix by evening. Door lock not fixed. Asked for change of room granted reluctantly. New room door lock not working with card, so given a manual key. No hairdryer, no face towels, no hand towels in room. Toilet seat has irremovable stains. Bath towels have black stains. Went for pre-booked buffet breakfast at 9am and everything was almost gone. Not replenished. Whatever was left tasted below average.

Stayed for 2 nights, their area is in comprising New Build Hotel, Camping Area, Bungalow and Dormitory, It huge area! Most of the building concept is art deco/western theme. Breakfast was not impressive, hospitality service can be more improved and Wifi is not too good. Room is clean and have a big swimming pool.
