This hotel is gross and really unfriendly staff. The room smelled like cigarette (not just old cigarettes, like someone was smoking in the room constantly) the air that was coming in was from the smoking area. Their was a baby nappy in the room like they didn't clean it before we checked in. When I raised the problem to the receptionist they ignore me. If you need a cheap stay in JB go somewhere else honestly.

good for stay if u drive a car, good value for money, but not serve by any public bus . johor public bus system is not user friendly :) blame the government, however hotel is clean and good design, never get tired of visiting this hotel, with front door car park.

Since we know that December is festive session, we had booked a family room for 2 days (24th & 25th of December) on November. However, on the day we check in (we are late due to the weather condition, we arrived at the hotel around 4pm), we were been informed that the room had some issue (not sure is electricity problem or what). The other rooms were fully booked, and the receptionist said he will check for the other hotel (I think is their sub-hotel). But after checking, the result is same, "Rooms are fully booked and we do not have other rooms right now". And what they do is only inform us there is no others room for us, not to help us to solve the problems. So what is the purpose of booking room in advance? I was bitterly disappointed to their way of handling these kind of issue.…

I Must Say, As A Very Fussy Singaporean.... this is one of the cleanest and nicest budget hotel I have ever seen in jb. I mean the breakfast is good service was not bad.... the only think that was not in place was the parking..... it's hard to find a good spot if it's on a weekend, which is surprisingly packed for an budget hotel.... it way be a budget hotel but has quality of a 3 star hotel.... well done wf👍🏼

Should have at least a small table for us to put our bags n should have more hangers. Aircon not cold during day time, think is time to service and pump in the aircon gas. Parking lot is not alot but still ok
