Staycation with my friend as her birthday gift. Love the hotel room design, simple but elegant and instagrammable. They have gym, swimming pool with jacuzzi too! The location is strategic, in the heart of JB city. The restaurant is spacious with nice food 😋

I had a great time staying here. Very polite and accommodating staffs. The suite is clean, has modern decor and stuff (eg: you can bluetooth and listen to youtube using the bedside clock), very spacious with a king-sized bed (fluffy pillows) and super big bathroom (separate tub, toilet and shower). I had the chance to stay at 23rd floor; a suite with both city and seaview. Too bad, the swimming pool is not opened at the moment due to the pandemic. Personally, the plus point of staying here is that there’s 2 shopping malls within the building (JBCC: just below the hotel, and City Square: connected to JBCC) and a lot of nice cafes nearby for you to explore. Would definitely stay here again! Kudos to the friendly hotel staffs; Mr Vijay and the rest!

I had staycation with kids. Very convenient place. Because it’s on the shopping mall. Staffs are friendly. Room is clean. The bar is nice too. It’s Kids friendly and good hospitality hotel. I had a pleasant staycation here. it’s new open at the heart of JB Town in October 2020. When I came, I liked it very much. The interior is modern and simple with beautiful decorations. Staff’s hospitality is good. Normal room is not big but having nice view. And clean. So comfortable. On weekends, we can enjoy eating and drinking while listening to live music at dining restaurant and Lounge.

I visited on last year christmas time, Holiday inn jb hospitality and the hotel room 's modern design & cleanliness does impress me . I truly enjoy their weekend live band , very relaxing. Their infinity pool very beautiful 💖its a short getaway from busylife

Staff is friendly and very welcoming. So far my one night stay at this hotel is all good. Room is spacious and neat. Have many towels and large amount of soup, lotion and conditioner. The city view is amazing especially at night. Breakfast buffet taste good also. I would love to come here again. :)
