The location of the hotel make me easily access to shop at City Square Mall, KomtarJBCC, Galleria@Kotaraya and the Bazaar Karat. The hotel staff also very polite and accommodating. The newly renovated room do make me feels comfy to stay as well.

I'm impressed since the first time i called for quotation request. all our requirements were prepared nicely and properly. We doesn't have anything to complaint when everything were well prepared waiting for us. It's been a pleasure to work with this hotel and our event went so smooth till the end. The price was reasonable compared with great service which is worth more than expected. Good job Citrus! looking forward to have our next event at your place.. thumb's up!
