Shout loud for our memorable event. Thank you to all staff that make our event success especially En. Adi that dealing quotation, hall, inspection, layout, set-up, food and ensured our event run smoothly. We send our music equipment to hotel 1 days before event at 9pm and it was assisted by friendly security to secure our equipment. The hall was beautifully set-up, lift access from basement and our VIP usher from the entrance and entering hall by using the escalator. What an awesome hotel that have this kind of facilities. The food was delicious with variety of local cuisine. Definitely is recommended especially En. Adi.

Once I entered the lobby area… I was welcomed by staff with smiles on their face making you feel welcomed. The ambiance was relax and soothing with minimum noise. Staff was helpful when asked for directions. The conference hall nicely arranged and comfortable to our participants. The hotel management prepares the required equipments for the event and it went smoothly without much hassle. Food was great too. Will definitely choose Granada Hotel again for our events in future!

During our visit to this hotel in December 2023, we encountered some challenges that I believe are important to share. The hotel's location, unfortunately, lacks proximity to public transport, and most tourist attractions are approximately 25 kilometers away. Additionally, the nearest convenience store, a 7/11, is at least 1 kilometer away, necessitating the frequent use of ride-sharing services like Grab for essential needs.
The staff's assistance left much to be desired, and we faced some disappointments during our stay. For instance, the buffet breakfast lacked hot milk, and when we inquired about it, we were informed that it would be chargeable. Despite booking for three guests, breakfast was only provided for two. Furthermore, reaching the housekeeping department proved challenging as their number was consistently busy, and requests often took longer than expected, with no basic amenities like a hairdryer in the room. Additionally, the queen room for two lacked an extra bed.
Considering these challenges, I would advise against booking this hotel for future stays. It's essential to share experiences like these to help fellow travelers make informed decisions and encourage improvements in the services provided by the hotel.

I stay in 1018 room. The bathroom was a highlight, featuring sleek,modern fixtures and high quality toiletries. I was impressed by how clean and well maintained everything was. The spacious shower had excellent water pressure, and i loved having a separate area for toiletries. It felt like a little spa retreat, perfect for winding down after a busy day.

Booked a Deluxe Room for 3D2N at 147SGD through Agoda and stated remarks “I'd like a non-smoking room, I'd like a large bed, High floor with view.” 3 days before the trip. However, the hotel room provided by Hotel Granada was a level 2 twin bed room (203) with windows facing a back alley where there is table and chairs for smokers, and intruders can climb inside the room easily. We request for change of room to a queen bed and high floor but was told rooms were fully booked and keep insisting that we booked twin bed instead of a queen bed hence our request is rejected. When we request for full refund, hotel informed refund is unavailable but we can pay for a top up of 100RM per room per night (total is 200RM for 2 nights) for a queen room. We agreed due to the privacy & security issue. The hotel bring us to another room with queen bed at level 6 (617). When we arrived at level 6, we smelt cigarette smell but didn’t think much. The replace room 617 has a much better view and we decided to top up 200RM (67SGD) even though we felt ripped off. When we took lift to go out then we realized the rooms at level 6 are smoking level. The check in was disappointing on day 1. The only plus point of the hotel is free breakfast , parking at basement carpark and good location opposite Aeon. There r many good food around the vicinity. The free breakfast is simple with cereal, nasi lemak and fried noodle, salad, plain porridge, cake, toast, orange juice, coffee and tea and fruits.
