First this is good location. It's near food/shopping mall (5mins walk) , easy to find with large signboard and there is bus to Singapore passing by in front of the hotel (bus stop is adjacent shopping mall). Second, similar to previous reviews, I must appreciate the cleanliness of the room, all bedsheets & towel is clean white. Other things worth...

Stayed there on New Year eve for a night. Given early check in, receptionist VIjaya was very helpful. Room is small but it's okay. Aircon was Col enough, so comfortable. Toilet was clean. I asked for extra pillow too. So near to Bukit Indah, walking distance only. Lots of food available at Bukit Indah, so it's fine. MAC Donald nearby...

For the price paid, this is a decent budget hotel ideal for an overnight stay. Location is great, just 5 to 10mins walk to both Aeon mall & Tesco mall. Service staff whom we came across were all helpful & friendly. Sidenote, there's a great roasted salted chicken sold behind the hotel, worth a try. This hotel would be suitable...

Stayed there for 2 days 1 night in their family room. I booked 2 rooms as there were 6 of us. Had to attend a function at Restaurant Loon Sing and this hotel is only 2 minutes walk to the restaurant. No complaints. It was good for a budget hotel. Recommend to have more electric kettles to meet the demand...

Great location, friendly and helpful receptionist. Near Aeon, Mc Donald's, shops, banks. However need some sound proofing. It is noisy due to the main road. If you are travelling by they don't have designated parking/ free parking. It is shop lots parking and have to pay if it is working hours.

The good part about this hotel is about its location. It is near Aeon Mall and Tesco and there are restaurants nearby. The receptionist was friendly and polite. The room was clean and the wifi was good. Now the not so good parts. There were no closets nor clothes hangers. Though the Agoda website wrote a Standard Family room has...

As a receptionist,...

The hotel is near to the Aeon Bukit Indah, very convenient for us. The room is clean and free wifi is provided. The hotel provides all the basic stuff, from toiletries, towels and has a TV. The price is reasonable. The stuff is friendly.
