I am surprised to see the bathroom pack including toothbrush for a forgetful traveller like me. Unlike TuneHotels where you need to pay for every single thing
Has good TV. The airconditioner can be controlled so as the water heater.

Do not expect much from this hotel.Yes, the room is clean and spacious with adequate toilet facilities...but the tv programmes are not clear and limited. The staff are not helpful as we need to call them many times to ask them about wifi passwords and inform them about the not-so-cold air conditioning. There is no lift@elevator so you have to heave your luggage up and down the long flight of stairs.Do not expect to view Danga Bay as most of the bay has been blocked for constructions.

Location is superb. It is about a 10 mins drive to CIQ. There is a 24 hour restaurant opposite the road. There is 7-eleven, and a few restaurants next to the hotel. Wifi is good. You can watch HBO channels here too. No lift. You need to walk up to your room.

We took a "deluxe room" on ground floor. A small inside room with no window, and a double bed. There's a 32 inch flat screen tv, but reception for all but one channel is very poor. Free wi-fi connection is good in our room.
Bottled water and 2 small packets of coffee provided. No tea.
The plastic kettle however is filthy.
The wardrobe is dusty and filthy with a lot of stains which could have easily been removed by just swiping it off with a damp cloth. The bathroom is mouldy and the shower head and handle are simply disgusting! The sheets and pillow cases are spotty and the duvet cover has the smell of previous occupants.
Sound proofing is non-existent. No breakfast.

Extremely bad value for the RM 108.00 charged.

i did not expect good service at first since i read above negative article. However in my opinion, this hotel was not bad at all. It is usual for this small hotel without elebetor. Even going up floor is not hard..

Room is nicely cleaned, can use credit card. Have stayed 2 night, only 1 thing i did not like was so noisy outside car racing... at 2~4 am... i dont know who, why race at the time, and i woke up 3,4 times... this is nothing to do with hotel tho..

We booked this hotel as our last option as all the others that we normally stayed in was completely sold out. We've seen this hotel several time but not stayed there before.

Was really surprise when I walked in to enquire if they still had room left, they do! The rate was RM108 for Standard Deluxe. Their Normal Deluxe RM98 was sold out. They gave us a room on the 3rd floor and there's no lift by the way :( So if you have old folks traveling with you, request for ground floor instead.

The room itself was alright, though the bed a little hard. Very basic hotel so no complains at all. What I like was there's a lot of dining options surrounding the hotel. MacDonalds/AEON Mall was also within walking distance. Opposite is where we normally send the car for washing. Btw, they've advised that parking coupon is required for parking our car there so we bought a booklet from the reception.

Overall, will still come back.

1) Simple set-up no frill style hotel or should I say budget type
2) Room, bathroom are clean and well maintained
3) Near Johor Bahru city centre which about 5 kilometres by car
4) Near another popular no-frill budget hotel (popular colour of red)
5) A lot of eateries nearby so shouldn't have any problem to have your meal
6) For Muslim travelers, there are Qiblat inside the room
7) Near to a famous gym and for whom that has passport to these gym good for you

Stayed one night at Kozi Hotel Bukit Indah and the cleanliness is bad. The top of the bed had lizard droppings and not cleaned. The aircond was not working well. There are more options for hotels there. However, there are many eateries and massage within the vicinity. Aeon and Tesco is just within walking distance.

Will not visit Kozi again.

The room is clean.Beds are comfortable.Stairs only.Strong Wifi connection.Kettle and coffee/tea is available. The hotel is in front of the big one way road. You have to U-turn if want to go back to the hotel. There are public parking. The hotel is beside an ordinary yet very expensive restaurant.I dont suggest you go to the restaurant.Few shops here. The staff is helpful.I am very satisfied with this hotel although it come with a cheap price. We walked in instead of booking and the price is cheaper than online price,
