We checked in around 3.30pm and shortly after that there was a power cut for almost 30 minutes! Unbelievable! The phone in the room was out of service too. Room wasn’t properly cleaned as there was an empty beer can under the bed. The AC took ages to cool the room. It was such a miserable stay. Definitely not recommended.
酒店位置很方便，对面是食物中心，和商场，附近高尔夫球场和ktv娱乐设施，商务出差，和家庭旅行很方便，酒店服务可以，环境温馨，之前看网上评论不好，但住进去没有失望，价格也很合理，下次去新山还会去
The location is good as there are many eateries around this area. Was given a room that doesn't have toilet roll, shower gel and the toilet bowl seat was full of urine stains and worst the phone is not working. My hubby went down to the reception to inform the staff Richard and he immediately came to the room and apologised to me and often to change a room. Went to the New room and discovered that there is missing fridge and when back to the first room and carried it over. Thru out the whole stay in grand world hotel Richard was always helpful and polite. Without this employee I would have given 1 star. Will I return to this hotel, maybe yes because of Richard's service.
Clean room that comes with a king sized bedding and with a window opening. Toilets are clean and comes with hot water heater. Check in was fast and easy. Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel is located nearby to many good eateries and cafes.
