Detailed Reviews
The hotel is known known as Hotel Zamburger Second Link though the signboard at the hotel hasn't changed as yet.
It is clean, comfortable and definitely value for money. Paid RM130 per night. Extremely friendly receptionists. Higher floors accessible by elevators. Room comes with coffee making facilities, aircond and clean and comfortable beds as well as a TV, chair and desk. The floor was a bit sticky under the feet though. Bathroom very clean with heater available at shower area. Dental kit and towels, shampoo sachets and body bath provided. Ample parking available in front of the hotel but at night, it can be rather quiet a little further from the hotel, so hopefully you get a parking right in front of the hotel. There are shops just opposite the hotel but due to the divider, you can't cross over. However, the hotel's neighbour is a chicken rice shop so you don't have to worry about food if chicken rice is good for you.
Definitely value for money.

The main reason why I chose this hotel was to avoid the hassle of having to go through Johor Bahru's atrocious traffic, this is especially so the tiring visit to Legoland. It was certainly a good decision in choosing this hotel as it is not only a short distance from Legoland, it is also comfortable to spend the entire night resting.
The location although a little bit tricky to locate for those not familiar with the area was nevertheless great as it was quiet, minus all the heavy traffic that you'll encounter if you were to chose other hotels in the city.
The family quadruple room which I chose was not only spacious, it was also comfortable, something important if you want to enjoy uninterrupted rest. Another plus point of the hotel is the availability of various shops and restaurants in the area.
Overall, it was a pleasant stay and no doubt I will choose this hotel again should I be in the vicinity in the future.

Terrible and horror hotel. So dirty, smelly and run down. My whole family is bitten by dust mites and mosquitoes. Bathroom ceiling mould growing and big hole, scary. We checked around 6pm, reception asked for RM50 for deposit. I wonder, what we can take or damage in the room?? Everything was dirty, stained, damaged and spoiled too. Towels stained and TV is not working as well. We can't sleep (bitten by dust mite) and immediately checked out at 4am. Will never never recommend and return to this hotel.

Hey guys its me back in JB again you could check out my other reviews on JB hotels.
but this one went down to the BAD stay but please read my full review before you judge.
I had to book this hotel as other hotels were fully booked it was on labour day I booked for 2 nights but stayed for one. If you were curious where i went the last day of my stay it was to Days Hotel in Singapore (4*)
I stay in a room on the 2nd floor queen size bed view was facing the front porch.
Area was quiet.
When i checked in at night (Due to the massive jam from KL) it was a disaster. I came in the room the bed was made but the floors weren't wiped OMG what! the floor was dusty.
with close inspection i soon found the bed wasnt made with a clean or new bed linen. I saw small bugs and even hair on the bed urgh utterly disgusting. I had to tell them to change the linen which one staff gladly did it if not how could i sleep on it!
Pros:
Room size
Location with parking
Bfast (at least there's something to eat but they could provide nasi lemak! instead they opt for an oily bee hun)
SMOKE FREE!
Cons:
Dirty rooms
bathroom for you to judge.

+1
Booked this hotel with the intention to visit Legoland Theme Park at Nusajaya. It was a good decision for me as I only want to rest my tired body after the whole day out at the park. A lot of restaurants nearby hotel for your early breakfast and dinner/supper. Bed is comfy, basic toiletries, clean room and simple amenities available. A short drive to Legoland and would book this hotel again if I ever going to visit Nusajaya area.

Quite ok. Near to Thais food , shop, petrol station , ATM .
but quite tricky to find this place , due to lost of signal. D simplest way of finding this place is to find smk bukit indah , took 9 oclock turn. Will find nusa idaman.then u'll see D Ariana.
Better take D highway to bukit indah.

The hotel looks cute and new from the outside, at the reception and inside the rooms. Recepcionists are nice. Price is ok, but it could be cheaper, considering the down points I list bellow:
- Our triple room had no windows. This was pretty shocking for us. We asked to change and paid the difference for a bigger room.
- We booked two rooms through "booking.com" but it only appeared as one room in their system. Not sure if it was a "booking.com" problem or theirs. Luckly the hotel was empty and they could accommodate us.
- It was during Ramadan, and since it is a Malay managed hotel (which I did not know), there was no breakfast being served at all. We had to look for a place. Not easy to find western style breakfast in the region.
- the corridors smell bad.
- The air conditioner leaked in the bigger room we stayed. It ruined some papers I had and almost ruined our camera. I told them but they were unable to fix it for our second night.
Overall, it is an ok hotel, mostly because it looks new and cute. But I would try another option before staying there again.

Location: Bit far from nearest town, the area is new so expect less shop lots around. As far as I'm concerned, there's no public transport there though. Should be no problem if customer possess own transport. Close to Legoland, around 15 mins driving. You may have your dinner at restaurant located next to the hotel.
Price: Affordable. Not too expensive.
Room Review: Triple bed room is large, clean & comfy, the water pressure is strong. Water drainage in the bathroom is bit slow, thus may cause it to be stagnant. Breakfast is provided, however keep your expectation low as they served basic foods (cereal, fried noodle, toast & Nasi Lemak only), but it should be enough to fuel your energy in the morning.
Amenities: Hot / cold water dispenser, elevator, basic toiletries
