Free parking. Check in was on Christmas day hence there were virtually no service staff in the lobby and we had to wait quite a long while before being attended to. Check in was prompt however one of the two rooms were not ready yet. My 2 siblings and I shared the Deluxe Family Room which was extremely spacious. I enjoyed staying in the room although the walls were slightly old and you could tell that the place had not been refurbished in awhile. Generally clean rooms however quite dusty as well.

We decided to go to the swimming pool however to our surprise, the hotel’s gym and pool were very small... the gym was inside a hotel room itself, with the beds removed and with some gym equipment in its place. the pool was actually a large plastic tub filled with water that we deemed quite unsanitary and unsafe for children to swim in

The breakfast selection was limited however the food was alright.

Overall average stay, hotels proximity to different food stalls, convenient stores, the giant Aeon mall and the Singapore causeway was its selling point. The hotel was average, would probably stay again for the amenities nearby and the value-for-money.

Biggest deluxe room I've stayed before, but a very limited breakfast variety(due to too little guest I think)
Location is right beside highway. Parking is at basement, very narrow to drive. End up parking at the street level in front of the hotel but need to pay rm20, which is ridiculous(parking is quite empty)

We always wanted to stay here judging from the grandeur by the highway but sadly the hotel is going down by business I suppose and the facilities is going down as well.

Torn bedsheets, dusty cups, not to shout about service and breakfast, rooms not so clean for the price of RM240 per night!

Owners need to think on how to get the business running again! A hotel that needs to be saved.

This was the place you must visit, more than 30 SYT and mainly Vietnamese massage girls. Value for money and excellent for service. Not for families to come, place slightly far out from city come here you need to drive

I have made a booking via booking.com & stay in the hotel from 2nd Dec - 3rd Dec 2017.

Upon checking in,found out that the room facilities was in Very BAD CONDITION.

1 No Suppiles of Toiletries

2 There is 1 container, left over rotten food that is still in the fridge that giving out a very BAD SMELL for the entire room.

3 Short of 1 bottle Mineral Water

As attached are the evidence Your staff does not do a proper Job

Call up the counter, report the case & condition of the situation. Told that the housekeeping will come and settle thr issue. NOTHING happen.

Went down to the counter, speak personally to the lady. She was an Indian Lady. Told me to come up my room again & wait for the housekeeping. NOTHING happen for 30mins i have waited.

Next i went out of the hotel for my dinner @ 8.30pm. Its very late. Found out that the indian lady i spoke at the counter. Left her shift. Is this how responsible you train your staff?

Nevermind,i spoke to the malay lady working night shift she is alone. Told me that the fridge is under maintenance???!!!! I explain to her that there is a left over container food that has already turn bad. Stink my whole room. Again the lady told me will send housekeping up to clean.

Till the day i'm checking out still the situation NEVER settle at all.

Is this how the management train all the staff? Face situation  & ignore it at the same time. No follow up.

This is very..very.. dissapointing service overall my experience stay in 1 night.

Futher more i have paid cash for MYR 307 for the room plus MYR 100 for deposit. The hotel expect me to comply the payment.

But does the hotel comply to the customer situation to get it resolve?

'Where wellness meet Luxury?'
The hotel staff DO NOT practice.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND this hotel to anyone. Slow service & unprofessional

We checked in on Saturday, check out on Monday
We left hotel around 9 or 10 am, back to hotel by 4 pm
The room was not cleaned
The staff excuse: "if the guest does not press "please clean my room" button, the room will not be cleaned

We wanted to see the manager but nobody was available on Sunday

Room condition: there's mould here and there - like old hotel
Hygiene-wise: can be improved (bedsheet, towel)

The good thing is free parking

Stayed for one night before a race.

Room was large but very run down and tired.

Breakfast was included but very poor quality and choices. Staff behind the desk were useless in sorting out any issues. Only bonus was free parking!!

Check in
We arrived earlier than expected, and with 3 kids went straight to the hotel. Not only did they disallow early check in (understandable), they also did not greet us, they didn’t do the administration either, although there were no other people there. They did not offer to keep our luggage if we choose to go out while waiting and when we did ask, it took them forever to locate someone to take our luggage and give us a tag. We went out for lunch and came back at 3pm and then, they still do not see to us. There were 3 people at the reception who were all occupied with something other than customers. When we were getting impatient they then ask for our details and process credit card payments etc. Why couldn’t they do this when we came earlier at 12pm? Anyway, once we are done with the admin, the bellboy is nowhere to be seen. We push the trolley up with all our luggage and bring the trolley back down. Obviously no one showed us to our room and the access card wouldn’t work on the door to access the floor. We had another guest help us out.

Room
The room stank of cigarette smoke and it was not clean. There was hair in the bathroom, the sink drainage area was brown, from lack of proper washing. The area right below the fridge was dirty (from spillage that had not been cleaned).

The second day, when we returned from a day out, the water and coffee/tea had not been replenished. When we requested an extra water bottle they would not give us, although the coffee/ tea was still not replenished. The room had not been cleaned properly as there was still crumbs on the floor and one area where my kid had spilt juice was still sticky.

Breakfast
On the third day, they wanted to charge my kids (7,4,1) for breakfast. I would not have a problem with this if we were told earlier, or if their service was at least satisfactory. Ms Norerra was apparently following procedures. Anyway we were frustrated by this point. We proceed to the buffet to find the juice empty, the water empty, the rice from Nasi Lemak finished, the fruits finished, the noodles finished, there was 4 slices of bread left, there wasn’t any hot water for tea.

We came for a holiday and chose this hotel as it was relatively nearer to legoland. But the stress and frustration defeats the purpose of coming for a holiday.

In millesime hotel, customer is not first. Quality is a foreign concept, the only service is to themselves.

They really should start a manufacturing business or something not in the hospitality line.

Checked in late night. Had to wait for the reception to go thru the motion of checking in. First impression of front desk, not very efficient. Room was spacious for the 4 of us. 2 king sized beds. Wifi was not working except for lobby areas only. Smart tv proved to be a disaster as internet connection was next to non existent! Pillows were the cheap kind and not comfortable at all. Bathroom was spacious but no toilet roll holder. Parking is available but you don't get the security blanket that your car is safe. Location is about 15 minutes to legoland. Booked for 2 nights but somehow they screwed it up and barred our access card for the second day. Front office staff seemed undertrained and inept. Buffet breakfast was not replenished promptly. Not worthy to be called a 4 star hotel!

To whom it may concern,

When I 1st arrived at the lobby of Millesime Hotel Johor Bahru, I was mesmerised by the impressive interior decor and warmth welcome by the front desk party. I told myself that it would be one of the many good experiences staying in that hotel for that evening.

However, I realised that things were indeed more superficial as my staying experience worsened as the clock ticked. Despite having a spacious and nicely decorated room, nothing else can satisfy me than a workable wifi service, and I was really frustrated because it was totally out of order. I felt cheated as the fineprints stated clearly that I was supposed to have wifi services in the room, but yet I got none. Despite informing your crew about the problem, it did not get any better. Worse still, I did not get any reply from him after his so-called rectification work. And my concern grew even more when I have to switch on the aircon full blast, because at 18 degrees celsius, the room felt like normal room temperature. You seriously need to have a look at the problem. Becaue of that, I had a sleepless night. My patience was thinning and I finally snapped when the room service guy delivered my family's pre-dawned Ramadhan meals at 4:50am, instead of the promised time at 4:30am. Initially I gave him the benefit of doubt that perhaps he had spent that additional time to prepare the food but instead, I was appalled that the dishes served were cold. As a result, we dared not consume the vegetables and spicy chicken.

I understand that the hotel and it's crew are new and are just starting out to learn the ropes of providing a good service to the guests. However having said that, the experience that you have given me was really unacceptable. Please take this feedback graciously and learn from the mistakes because I do not want other guests to go home having the same lousy feeling as me.

Hi, is the car parking safe?
Answer from orionsg

in my opinion. the basement carpark is not safe, as there are no gantry. But you can ask to park your car infront of the hotel. The basement carpark is not fully completed, certain sections are closed. The lots near to the lobby lift are limited as well, I hope this helps in your decision.

Not really. The room I stayed, quad family, was decent. The wifi was unstable. The hotel TV programme were those Malaysian Free to Air and not too good.
