Room is very small. A bit pricey for the room size. The cheapest has no window. There is bau hapak, I assume last person who stay here is Feb 2020. The pro, Location wise it’s near to everything. And very near to Mersing Jetty.

missed the ferry to Tioman after the six hour coach from Kuala Lumpur, this is a very convenient hotel near the terminal. had an air con room but the shower area is portioned off in the room, ok for one night but that's long enough for me.

Everything was going okay, as my friend and I were staying in this hotel for a night in between bus and fairy. We went to sleep and at about 1:30 am a man knocked desperately in our door. I was so confused and as I answered the door it was the receptionist of the night shift asking if my friend and I would like to recieve a free massage. I felt something was wrong and couldn’t sleep after. Be aware GIRLS

Good position of hotel-between bus station and ferry, 5 minutes walk. Good service. Rooms very small, bathroom small. But as we stayed there only night between bus and ferry to Tioman-it was perfect. Good price. Conditioner in the room.

this is a very basic hotel and we only picked it because of its location to the ferry terminal; we only needed 1 night accommodation as we were catching the ferry the following day to Tioman. We were traveling as a family (2 young children) and while the room accommodated all of us, it wasn't the mosts spacious. It is reasonably priced and as such we really didn't have high expectations. I don't really have any complaints but it wouldn't be a property I would choose to stay in for longer than a night.

Depending on the language you speak, they offer different prices. I asked to book a room according to their advertised special, and was told they didn't have any rooms at that price. My Malaysian friend came in 20 minutes after me, and was able to book a room with the special for half the rate I paid for the same room. The room has a nice TV, but all the channels are in Malay. It was soooooo small, and it smelled like mold and cigarettes. I could hear the guy in the room across the hall coughing and clearing his throat the whole night, and the internet wifi for my floor only had 1 bar of signal.... It's ok, but next time I try to find a cheaper hotel, or one more worth the money.

I only spent a few hours in Sakiza View Hotel, thank goodness, after a delayed & extra long bus trip from KL, whilst waiting for the 6.30am ferry to Tioman Island. I had booked online but the receptionist was unable to find my reservation so I took a much cheaper room & only paid a small amount of 48RM so can't really complain, but the room was tiny, the sheets smelt clean but very, very stained & the walls just filthy. It doesn't take much to put unstained sheets on a bed or wipe down the walls. However I managed to get a few hours sleep & the receptionist on duty was helpful. Wouldn't recommend though and I am thankful I did not have to pay the price I was quoted online which would have been basic highway robbery!

Relatively new setup. The location 5 minutes walk to Tioman's Jetty. The room pretty small. Got 24" LCD TV. But the Channel only TV1& TV2. TV3 poor reception. Request for room with Astro. Only Fox Movies Channel. They provide towel but no soap or shampoo , that usually other hotel provide. Not much noise at night. Good sleep. Air cond is ok. electronic door lock system. Got several good eating place along the hotel block.
