The hitel standing is cery desapointing. The rooms need a total refresh. Toilets are disgusting curtains very old. For the price we would expect something nicer. Moreover the beach was so bad, petrol everywhere!! Shame

Dear Valued Guest, We are very sorry that we did not meet your expectations during your stay with us. We have noted your comments in relation to the room and are working to ensure we improve on these aspects. The renovation of many of our first-generation hillside deluxe units is actually planned and in progress and this will hopefully bring these rooms to the standard of our more recent beachfront units. We are very regret on an isolated incident where there are a lot of petrol/tar wash up to our shore on during your stay. A lovely tranquil island great for a 3 day family getaway from the hustle and bustle of city life. We were there near the end of June and stayed at a beach front unit. It was roomy enough for 4 adults. Our party of seven was assigned 2 of such adjoining units which was really convenient for us. You could simply chill by sitting on the verandah enjoying the view of the sea or engage in sea sports like snorkeling,Scuba diving, Kayaking. There’s a huge water slide which was popular with children and teens near the jetty too. We went for a massage as well as foot reflexology on both days. Spa ambience was alright, with a lovely sea view. Food was included in the room package. The variety was adequate though dessert was quite limited. All in, it was worth the 10-15 minute boat ride…

The whole place is very clean and have a very beautiful beach. Facilities are well maintained and the staff are all accommodating and friendly. Was able to pull off a surprise with a cake for a friend because the staff were all kind enough to buy them for us. The food were all good and Saturday BBQ night is the best. Best place to relax and detoxify from stress of the city life.

Resort facilities are relatively new and in good condition. Food is above average. Staff are polite and nice. Plenty of facilities to keep you occupied for a weekend. Water is clear with plenty of fish just metres away from shore. All in, superb value for money given that it’s tough to find untouched shorelines these days.

The staff of Rawa lsland Resort is helpful, friendly and accommodating with information of the resort. Boat rides will takes about 30 minutes (speed boat), while larger boat will takes about 45 minutes to Rawa Island. Everything was smooth and they offered buggy to bring the luggage until room front door. Reception staff was helpful. Room is newly refurbished, clean, hot shower available, amenities and mineral water is refill everyday, water is clean but taste a bit salty and daily housekeeping is provided. Games room also available at the front beach. Snorkeling is available which rental of mask and life jacket will be charged. Spent 3 days at this resort and some matters need to be highlight. 1.
