Spent a very relaxing month here and I have to say a huge thank you to Aisha, Mohammed and their wonderful staff for making our stay so pleasant. We took the option of the adjoining cottages giving us two rooms, both with a sun terrace. The rooms were spotless and kept that way throughout, and we also received breakfast every morning with the option of local and / or Western style, fruit, juices, eggs cooked to order and local pastries. The pool and garden areas were kept in immaculate condition and the staff always had a smile and cheery word as they went about their tasks. The 'Chillcation' T-Shirts worn by the staff really do sum Chantique up very well. Despite what some reviews say, it is a pleasant (less than 15 minutes) walk to Pantai Cenang area and the beach, and there are also bicycles available at Chantique for when 'supplies' are required to stock up the fridge with sunset beers !! Looking forward to returning next year.

Most friendly, smiling and helpful staff. You really feel their desire for you to have a pleasant stay and a good vacation. Spacious and clean room. Well-functioning AC and fan. Large and well-functioning bathroom. Coffee, tea, closet, refrigerator and safetybox in the room. Clean towels and bed linen. Cold drinking water is available all the time in a water dispenser. Delicious breakfast. Beautiful garden with pool and sunbeds. Quiet at night. There is a little distance to the beach, but it only costs four RM by Grab taxi. We had some very nice food at the restaurant just next door. A really calm and happy vibe at this hotel. The only improvement would be the slightly unstable internet, it logs off sometimes.

Rooms were spacious with free water, beach towels, chairs outside, mosquito spray, fridge, etc. The swimming pool was the highlight, salt water right outside the room and nice to use. There is a restaurant right next door which is cheap and decent. Location is excellent - 3 minutes and 5rm a Grab to the beach, opposite Cenang Mall.
When we returned from Koh Lipe, they let us leave our bags for a few hours. Was very useful to use toilet, adjust suitcases, wash up, use AC and get lunch. Service was lovely. Responsive and helpful. The games in the lobby were a nice touch and my kids enjoyed it.
Staff were superb. I can't say that enough. Friendly, polite, helpful. Gave goody bags to my kids, responded quickly on WhatsApp even before we arrived, big thank you to all of the staff.
A few suggestions: the waffles and pancakes at breakfast were inedible, horrible taste. There is no way to phone the reception directly. There was only one plug socket per room, we had to disconnect the fridge to charge devices.
Overall, a great stay and a good hotel. Note they it's more a guest house feel than a hotel, despite being lots of rooms. If you accept that, you'll enjoy it more. For the price, it's very decent and good for resting after enjoying Langkawi.

Stayed here recently and totally loved the vibe and hospitality given by the team at Chantique. It made my holiday perfect with the cosy room overlooking the sea salt pool and it was just so peaceful. Also they have amazing nasi lemak served here, definitely a must try! Chantique will always be my choice after this.

A whole new experience staying at Langkawi chantique resort. Small place , well maintained , clean and comfortable for family stay. some of the cons would be , there are mosquito inside rooms, off cenang beach ( 20 min walk ), small bed ( not even queen size ) . we loved the sit out area infront of the rooms . Breakfast options were less. Definitely a great place to stay with family

Cozy and Laidback hotel with good food and friendly staff. The Deluxe Family Room with two interconnecting rooms is ideal for a family with 2 small kids . Breakfast was good. Nice location.. 5 -7 min drive from the hustle and bustle of Pantai Cenang. . The best part of the hotel is always the staff - always smiling , always friendly , always willing to help. Keep it up team. All in all, a very pleasant experience

Excellent place to stay. Very clean, nice , friendly staff , lovely breakfast. Nice pool . Safe and secure at night with night watchmen and security cameras.

Just set back from main resort but a 15 minute walk in. This resort is spotlessly clean and well maintained.
All the staff have been so friendly and welcoming.
Pool and gardens are lovely and clean and so peaceful.

After having had some bad experiences in Kuala Lumpur and Singapore even though we checked the places out online it was great to find out Chantique was even better than on their site! The room was spacious and clean, the wifi worked great and a few channels in English too. A different breakfast is served every day on your own terrace in front of which you get a couple of comfortable sun loungers to relax on. It also has a salt water pool to refresh in. It's not a big resort so it's easy to get a comfortable homely feeling helped by the friendly staff and the owners Carol and Nani for which no request is too much. Great place being run with pride, couldn't wish for any more, congratulations to this new resort, value for money!

We found the Chantique almost out of desperation as everything else we had tried was unavailable,and what a find ! Only open since November 2012 this place ticks all the boxes, just a ten minute drive from the airport and a comfortable ten minute walk from the beach it is perfectly positioned just far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the main strip at Pantai Cenang. Arriving to be greeted at reception by Lee and within five minutes shown to our squeaky clean apartment with perfect wifi connection, TV, modern bathroom, well stocked mini bar and exremely comfortable bed. Morning starts with breakfast delivered on the veranda which overlooks a very well tended garden and beautifully clean swimming pool. The ever smiling staff here are lovely and everyone makes you feel right at home.Evenings in the nearby town offer a huge selection of restaurants offering, Malasian, Indian, Chinese, Thai, and fresh fish and seafood dishes. The beaches are perfectly clean and the sea warm. Local car hire rates are very reasonable , we used May Star who have an office in arrivals at the airport. Would like to finish with big thanks again to all the staff who helped give us such an enjoyable stay in Langkawi.

Chantique resort is modern. Nothing worn out. Situated in a great place, because you can find everything easily reached.
