We booked the ocean suite for 3 days and loved every part of it. Has basic amenties, but everything you need for a comfortable stay is present. Full fledged kitchen with enough utensils, washed and cleaned daily. Large seperate living and dining rooms and the best part is the view and vibe when you come out of the suite and have the ocean in front of you. To top it off excellent customer service, questions were promptly answered over WhatsApp and service was provided asap.

Beautiful place and very serene a place I would definitely visit again, we were there for 17 days. Staff extremely helpful always willing to help, and the breakfast was extremely good rooms are kept very clean with little extras which you would not normally get eg. Toothbrush & toothpaste all the things you need in your bathroom plus also fresh bottle water every day. When going into town quite far out so you do need a taxi and staff are always willing to call for you.

This resort was just amazing. So peaceful and beautiful there. Highly recommented longhouse with pool view where you can go swimming just from your back door! It’s little bit away from everything so you should think about renting a scooter wich you can rent from reception also for 40ringgit/day

They are the best in everything. We have booked the Ocean Suite and Grand Ocean Suite. Overall they got a very friendly staff and serve extravaganza food with herbs drinks (only available at Ocean Residence, Langkawi). The facilities are good and they got many nice spotted scenery.

Very nice place to stay! The room is neat, tidy and clean as shown in their website. Recommend for those who come with toddler and kid, considered a very convenient residence for you to stay as they have small kitchen. The staff also friendly and helpful. Definitely worth to stay here

Due to the pandemic, plans have to be cancelled. My booking was done way before things got out of hand and before lockdown was implemented.
Negotiated with residence to provide refunds, as it is unforeseen circumstance. Residences agreed and mentioned that refund is in processing. Up till now, it’s been 3 months in unknown state and zero form of assurance to the customer. I still have not received the refund UP TILL TODAY.
Residences provide empty promises, terrible service and customer assurance, untrustworthy business. Recently contacted team, but no replies. And yet the island is opened for bookings from the citizens themselves.
Better off going to a different place rather than this which is far greater in cleanliness and service.

My stay was alright. The pictures were misleading, the rooms were built cheaply and the breakfast was average. It was too expensive for what we got, not a good value for money. Room in the Long House was great especially direct access to semi private pool. Overall an excellent stay. Hotel located in a quiet area which means getting taxis is essential to go out. Did not have dinner in the restaurant but breakfast buffet was fine.

We booked three-bedroom grand ocean suite. They have everything provided. Master bedroom toilet was huge but there’s no bathtub. There’s kitchen, living room, balcony and two toilets. Four sofa in the living room and it’s really comfy. The pillows is cotton, not to my liking, slightly hard. It’s nice waking up to seaview and some hills.
