Decent hotel for a few nights stay. Not five star prices so it is natural that there are not five star facilities like 24 hour room service and luggage porters etc. all the staff are friendly and pleasant.

We had a good sleeping from this hotel. Swimming pool was ok but didn't have time to go in. Receptionist was friendly. There were not much things to do around the hotel and it's also far from tourist places that we must take a grab car to go out except cable car & skybridge but sadly all closed for maintenance. We only liked one thing where Arinazz Kitchen was our favorite for an affordable quality of western food with the best service from the owner's cafe who was really nice to us, I'd recommend people MUST TRY IT !!!

We stayed in a double room with a ensuite and a balcony with an amazing view. The hotel has a nice pool with plenty of chairs to relax. Breakfast was included and had a wide selection at the buffet. However there is no restaurants nearby for lunch or dinner.

I arrived here at the hotel this morning, and my first impression was what a sh.thole!
The place looked like it had been closed down. The evidence of disrepair was obvious. The pool looked like it had never been cleaned.
The room was the icing on the cake.. Filthy walls, Mould in the bathroom, and the sheets were torn.
The place was depressing.. I immediately went to reception and asked for a refund, which they did give me.
Just avoid this place like the plague.
This place needs closing down.

Excellent stay in this decent hotel with affordable price. Took around 8 minutes from the airport. Staff was so nice and very helpful. I was surprised with their pool cinema, kids definitely love this place! And if you’re lucky enough you will get a room with a sea view! Very recommended for a family trip!

For 2 girls staying there, we didn't feel safe at all as the lock of sliding door at the balcony was a little faulty and the fact that we were located right next to the carpark at the corner it felt even scarier.

Anyway why i emphasized that the female staff at the front desk were horrible because they couldn't find my reservation (that wasn't the issue i was still okay with it) what ruined the whole experience was the fact that she made me walk to my room like a fool because she told me that my room was on the 1st floor. So LOGICALLY speaking you will think it's on the 1st level which means you don't have to take the stairs. Mind you the hotel only has 2 storeys. So i couldnt find the room number written on a small sticker pasted on the card. Well staying at a budget placd like such don't bother expect a decent looking room key. So i went to the front office and inform her that i couldn't find the room and she insisted it's on the 1st floor and so this went on for a few minutes with me saying i can't find it. Then she was so mad at me, she literally stomped out from behind her desk and wanted to show me my room! But in the midst of doing so, a male staff at the front office happen to overhear our conversation and explained that actually the 1st floor meant that we had to climb the stairs as that is classified as 1st floor and the lower floor below the so called first floor is called the ground floor. So thank god for his patience and kind explaination, he deserves to be praised. Whereas the female staff ought to be re-train on her service, i am from the hospitality industry and this is clearly uncalled for as a front line personnel.

Stayed for a week. Very reasonably priced at $298 for 6 nights. Found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast was ok (3/5) and it has a really nice pool that stays open 24 hours but.... Its kind of in the middle of nowhere and if you choose to stay here a rental car is an absolute must. Luckily car rental is very cheap in Malaysia and renting a car is a fraction of the price you will spend on taxis. You are about 10kms from pantai cenang about 20 from kuah and about 15 from pantai kok. The only thing you are close to is the airport and dont be fooled by google maps but the beach you are very close to is not for swimming or lying on. Its covered in jagged rocks. It makes for a nice view but thats it. Also the rooms are very very average. Kinda small with a horrible bed and a shower that well, works but it aint the greatest and no satellite TV and theres only one or two English speaking channels. All in all yea its good value for money (as long as you have a rental car) but i wouldnt be back in a hurry.
Cheers guys.
Good luck.

Me and my sister stayed for 2 nights in this hotel and it was such a pleasant stay that i thought i shoukd share my experience.
Location: 4-4.5kms from airport. They charge you 20-25RM for a cab to the hotel.
People at the reception are friendly. Our room was on the second floor.pool side.An awesome view of beach from the balcony. The room was very clean. Kettle to make coffee ( also the stuff required for it) and mineraL water bottles were supplied and re filled as needed. The washroom was very clean and well equipped with all the toiletries and geyser,so no issues about hot water.
room maintenance: perfect. I have to admit we had left the room in a very messy state but it was spick and span by the time we returned. Even our clothes were folded and kept in the wardrobe! (We did not even bother to put up the make my room sign!)
Breakfast: there were 3 types of cereals and fruits, 2 types of juices, veg noodles(very tasty) ,pan cakes, fried rice and many non veg dishes i dont recognise! And of course, the bread, butter and jams.( I dont know why it has such bad reviews for breakfast!)Other facilities: They arranged a bike for us easily (pick up and drop at the hotel itself) with a full petrol tank!:) They didnt even bother to check after we returned it and neither did they ask for any ID proof. They also arranged a free shuttle to drop us at the airport the next morning :)
Cost:5000INR, for 2 persons, for 2 nights. Check out time 12noon.
Great value for money! :)

Pfft.. where to start?? Organised pre arranged hotel transport from Airport (included in hotel fee).. They didn't pick us up!!??
Explained to reception on arrival.. not only did they not care, it was like water off a ducks back.. move along!!
We wanted to use the pool, asked for towels, informed to use room supplied towels, asked if they would be replenished?? A firm "no" was the directive!!??
We had over 3k in cash, no safe in hotel room!!?? WTF!!??
We checked out the next day, informing hotel of our concerns.. pfft.. bye bye was there response!!?? (checked out 2 days early).
Started a refund claim via wotif, the hotel informed wotif they weren't aware of our issues & informed wotif that they weren't going to refund!!?? Thankfully wotif gave us back 1 nights accommodation fee.. but its not the point.. Shouldda got x2, and not at wotif's expense.. Disgusting!! Wotif were a pleasure to deal with btw..
I'm 41 years old, probably stayed in over 200 hotel rooms, if not more, this is def in the top 3... in worst accommodation I've stayed in!! Shame on you to class yourself as a 3 star hotel!!?? Pfft.. Wouldn't let my dog stay there!!
